Tips for Ophiuchus ~ The Scorpio-Ophiuchus domain

This sharing is a little heavier than the title suggests. For those of you who are familiar with Astrology, the experience of it may plunge you into something like a Dark Night of the Soul as you wrestle with your thoughts and feelings about whether or not you can let go and trust in the mystery, the magic and the miracles that are about to unfold. But you already know you’re not built like everyone else, so chances are you’ll navigate this energetic shift like the health & wisdom professionals you are.

There is an Annular Eclipse coming up in December and we need to prepare you Ophiuchii to work the incoming energies as though they were yours to command. They are. And I’m giving you this prep-talk now so you have plenty of time to get ready. If you’re going to go into a Dark Night of the Soul, make it a quick one, will you?

Take all the down-time you need. Even if you missed reading this post in time for the Annular Eclipse in linear 3D Time, you can use the 4th and 5th Dimensions to scroll backwards in Time and play your Part. If that is the case, the 4th-D and 5th-D part is probably the Part you were always meant to play anyway. It’s going to take a lot of pushing and pulling from both sides of the Time Terminators to get this job done. So play your Part in the knowing that All is perfect in this moment.

The demonstration of “Part I” (Quaoar-Ophiuchus) left nothing to chance unless folks just don’t want to accept the evidence. The physical effects of The Quaoar Effect as cosmic cause has been circulated all over the globe via the Ophidian Current¹. That’s hard evidence, people. And it’s in everyone’s face, not just Astrologers.

This post unveils Part II of The Quaoar Effect, which should really be considered Part I since it has to do with the first “Decan” or first one-third of your constellation, the area of your constellation that Quaoar was transiting when it was officially discovered.

Although I have already had my demonstration of the physical effects of The Quaoar Effect Part II “in the lab” so to speak, it will be up to you to produce a world-class demonstration that will leave no doubt as to what you came here to do. I doubt if anybody is going to want to help you do this. But this is what we all came here for, only a lot of people don’t know it yet; they’re still busy fighting phantoms. You know, it’s like when a wounded animal is cornered it will attack anything that approaches even though the hand that is extended is a healing, helping hand.

To get humanity over this huge hump, to help humanity get it right this time, Big Magic is what it is going to take. We’re calling the goal a lot of things. Heaven on Earth. Restoring the Garden. Reaching the Promised Land. Or Ascension. I call it “From Scorpion to Eagle.” And to get there it’s going to take an intermediate step which I have referred to in earlier articles as the serpent step (see the series of posts on the Sun & Moon in June 2011 on Astronomologer). Thus we throw into high gear today our work with the celestial scorpion-serpent-eagle alchemy.

If we’re successful Jim Morrison (bless his Ophiuchan soul) will get to hear the scream of the butterfly. Only it’s not exactly a butterfly we’re breaking out of the cosmic cocoon. And it won’t be Ophiuchus because you are already ‘out of the closet’ so to speak Jim will be hearing the scream a little late — he’s already sunk into The Big Sleep, but he will be able to hear perfectly fine from where he is, trust me. The veils between life and death are very thin in the Scorpio-Ophiuchus domain.

No accidents in the Universe — I was out looking for something on the Internet yesterday (an image of Scorpio I think) when I found a particularly relevant web page that had a scary title but was filled to the brim with occult wisdom to lend more support to our scorpion-serpent-eagle alchemy theme.

The Scorpion-Serpent-Eagle Alchemy

According to Blavatsky, the fall of the heavenly Adam-Kadmon, the angelic androgyne, into dense matter and its division into sexes resulted in the transformation of the world from a formerly spiritual and ethereal state into its present material condition. This cataclysmic fall of the first Adam into matter was reflected in the heavens by a change in the sign Virgo-Scorpio; “the pure Virgo is separated, and falling ‘into generation,’ or the downward cycle, becomes Scorpio emblem of sin and matter.” (209:502ff). Scorpio, however, states Fred Gettings in The Secret Zodiac, still retains a dual image—the eagle and scorpion—a duality which represents the two natures of man:

“The eagle of St John is the eagle of Scorpio, which sign (alone of all the twelve) has two images, the eagle the symbol of the redeemed and spiritualized Scorpionic nature, the scorpion its fallen, unredeemed and earth-bound nature.”  (911:43)

Apparently because of its primordial role as the consort of Virgo, the Great Mother Goddess and archetype before Isis, the astrological sign of Scorpio will preside over the restoration of mankind to its previous spiritual state. Occult sources seem to agree on this, that a ‘transformation’ of the whole wide world—a release from entrapment in matter—will occur during the sign of Scorpio:

“It is through the gateway of Scorpio, aided by the Lords of Form, that humanity will come to its final conclusion in the Old Earth and move through the door of the temple into the Grand Way of the New Earth Star. When the earth is under the Zodiacal influence of Scorpio the Zodiacal threshold which emanates through that sign into the earth triggers a series of celestial programs of return, facilitating the earth in ‘dropping the frame’ as the ancients used to say. This allows the earth to move into a new and more etherealized formation. In time, this will result in the earth’s ascension into the New Earth Star.” (914)

The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly. The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again. – Is. 24:19-20

Thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that Thou shouldest…destroy them which destroy the earth. – Rev.11:18

TRIBE OF DAN: EAGLE OR SCORPION?

The emblem of the tribe of Dan was the serpent, in fulfillment of Jacob’s prophecy in Genesis 49:17: ”Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that biteth the horse heels, so that his rider shall fall backward.”   However, the prince of the tribe of Dan replaced the serpent with an eagle.

“To Dan was given the symbol of Scorpio, which, in the ancient Egyptian zodiac was a snake. However, when the time came to hoist the symbol of the snake, Ahiezer refused and chose instead the symbol of an eagle. According to Unger’s Bible Dictionary:   

‘Dan’s position in the journey was on the north of the Tabernacle, with Asher and Naphtali. The standard of the tribe was of white and red, and the crest upon it, an eagle, the great foe to serpents, which had been chosen by the leader instead of a serpent, because Jacob had compared Dan to a serpent.  Ahiezer substituted the eagle, the destroyer of serpents, as he shrank from carrying an adder upon his flag.  It may prove worthwhile to consider the possible connection to the tribe of Dan whenever an eagle is used as the symbol of subsequent leaders or nations.’ “ (127:117)

In the 12th century, a Jewish writer in Spain whose works influenced the Kabbalah, named Antares, the brightest star in Scorpio, “Kesil” or “Akrabh” the crowned serpent. By this designation, Aben Ezra indicated that Jews understood the serpent to be the actual emblem of Dan.

    “Sir William Drummond asserted that in the zodiac which the patriarch Abraham knew [Scorpio] was an eagle…

    “Aben Ezra identified Scorpio or Antares, with the Kesil; although that people generally considered these stars as a Scorpion, their Akrabh, and, it is claimed, inscribed it on the banners of Dan as the emblem of the tribe whose founder was ‘a serpent by the way.’ When thus shown it was a crowned snake or Basilisk.” (927:362)

Later on down the page the author gets into Ophiuchus the Serpent Holder and you can tell there are gaps in her complete understanding but that’s okay. The operative information we were after is before us now. Our scorpion-serpent-eagle mission is not “fringe” Ophiuchus work anymore. It is the target in our cross-hairs at the moment.

Getting unstuck & breaking out of the old molds that entrap us

No matter how sympathetic we are on account of zodiac sign pride and prejudice, the Astrological fact is Scorpio according to tradition is the sign of death, malevolence, and organized crime. For those readers who are not Ophiuchus but have a burning desire to know what’s going on here in the inner circle, stop taking your sign personally! You are NOT your sign. You are YOU.

If you are Ophiuchus or you think you are Scorpio, I have news. Chances are all the positive attributes Scorpio ever had came out of the subsumed stars of Ophiuchus, which now have a domain of their own. The truth is that evil manifests itself wherever it likes; it is not confined to the calendar days of Scorpio. If evil were predictable, it wouldn’t be evil. So the fact before us is that the death-and-crime thought form is up there hanging over all of our heads, operating subliminally to keep a hook in our subconscious minds that programs us to accept what we call ‘evil’ and be forever susceptible to FEAR.

As it is, Scorpio is the sign that governs inheritances and how people take your money and run. In many cases the lawyers, financial planners, and the government get a bigger chunk of your inheritance than you do — unless your inheritance is of eternal value, like wisdom for instance. But we all know wisdom doesn’t always fill the belly and we do live in a physical world. Those are the facts. Friends, can’t we do any better a job than this with our new Magical, Miracle-Mindedness?

Ophiuchus can and Ophiuchus will.

For the world to change, these deleterious programs have got to come down out of our 12-option zodiac belt menu of choices.

The Quaoar Effect – how it works

As the 1987 Harmonic Convergence approached we were told the frequencies would all be changing for the new age, and they are and they have. The chaos you see all around you is a result of changing frequencies.

The Tropical and Sidereal Astrology calendar divisions perhaps won’t change but that is because the men and women who are still running these old programs are doing so because the software still works and they don’t want to go back to school. I wouldn’t either, would you? I totally get it. So the zodiac signs won’t be changing any time soon if ever. But chances are good whatever sign people think they are doesn’t match up with the realities of the stars as they are in the sky — and laypeople don’t know the difference anyway. It sounds criminal to say so, but it’s true. I’ve been listening to people talk about themselves for (Goddess I don’t even want to think about how many years) since 1987.  They may know what their sign is, but their self-talk tells a different story. To the practiced ear, it’s obvious. The power of true sky alignments is convincing more and more people every day that there is something to “real sky astrology” and the number of Astronomologer and Startistics subscribers continues to grow on account of it.

How many times have I listened to one of you saying to me, “I never felt like Sagittarius really fit me — I thought something was wrong with me.” And now you have come to find out via the information that has found its way into the public domain that there has never in the history of the Modern Zodiac – or the planet for that matter! –  been a better template for human behavior or any worthier a role model for our children than the heroes in the stories brought to us by the new zodiac ‘sign’ of Ophiuchus.

Forget that Ophiuchus is not a sign. Who cares?  Ophiuchus is the Universe’s Best Kept Secret and if I were Ophiuchus I wouldn’t mind keeping it that way. I don’t need to be center-stage, do you? It’s okay if you do. It’s a dirty job but somebody has to do it. My hat is off to Celia Fenn!! I’d rather be the tail that wags the dog, like Serpens Cauda.

Speaking of Serpens Cauda, the tail end of your Serpent is quite a scamp. She’s powerful and she knows it. But you may enjoy a different self-empowered experience. You may like standing in the spotlight like Serpens Caput the part of the serpent constellation that wears the many-rayed, Illumined crown Corona Borealis.

The needs of the Many – The needs of the One

So you like Center Stage. We do need you out there so thank you for making that sacrifice of self. I’m sure there has been some hesitancy about taking on that role. After what happened to the last person to carry the world saviour title, I wouldn’t be too crazy about offering myself up again given the choice. That’s why the “Second Coming” is widely believed to be destined to take the form of an altruistic society action — as in a LOT of people have to get involved to achieve critical mass. And here you all are, the critical mass. And here we all are, the altruistic society-in-the-making. And together we can make this work.

Think Universal Hologram and you will get the picture soon enough. The elitist, pyramid form of leadership and government is out. The Hologram is in. That’s the replacement therapy solution and it is centered in the Mind.

What about YOU?

You have come back here to make sure your story has a happy ending. And you have come back here to perform the same functions you always have, in the same from-the-heart yet professional manner, and for all the right reasons — the way you always did. Not too many years ago you were broken, soul-sick, wounded to the bone. You had parental issues and reputation issues, the really nagging ones were undeserved. You went from pillar to post, feeling like a vagabond on what you were taught to believe was your own planet because you were born on it. But you come from the stars. Your thoughts and emotions distance you from practically everyone, not necessarily for a bad reason. Nobody thinks like you do. So you don’t trust what your body and mind are telling you.

Many of you are what we on this planet call homosexual. But your alternative relationship style is really just a form of the androgynous or hermaphroditic chemistry. The true Magus or Shaman is all or nothing within him/herself, often shedding the need to pair like a snakeskin. But in the meantime, like-gender pairing is only mirroring a quality that you need to see.

The classic Ophiuchus on this planet is of course gender-biased because the physical plane is duality-based. For those folks, the strong family image of Asclepius with his wife and (at least 5) children stands as an upright model of family values. Imhotep brings to the table a world class reputation and flexibility since his professional callings were many. The Minoan Serpent Goddess of Crete preserves the Mothering, Nurturing, Taking-Care-of-Squirming-Business aspects of the Great Goddess celebrated in a time before men felt threatened by their complementary gender.

But most Ophiuchus-born have come here wounded, scarred and lost.

We all talk about that in chat rooms – the waves of Indigo Children and Indigo Adults with their anger and frustration issues. But your issues are deeper and more tangible, aren’t they? Betrayal is one of them. Trust is another. And even though you should be REALLY angry, somehow you’re really not. Aside from silly human emotions, you’re made of Love through and through. Love and service. And you don’t have it in you to hang on to anger. What there is of it is a remnant of the Thunderbolt of Zeus which you carry with you somewhere hidden on your Sky Chart.

Look for Mars. That’s where your Thunderbolt or trigger mechanism is. In June we made the happy discovery that Mars as ruler of Scorpio had dominion over not only scorpions but all forms of the reptilian including snakes. Hence we realized that Mars already had a built-in Serpentine function. In the moment that we had that epiphany, Mars was recognized as a vital ally of Ophiuchus. Harmoniously and naturally we moved from taking Mars as the “ruler” of Scorpio-Death, the jailer of Ophiuchus, into the mobile Serpent who travels the Zodiac Belt carrying Ophiuchus – you – around to the various Zodiac Houses in your sleep to visit and heal folks in their dreams.

Your dreams have lately begun to intensify. Many of you have been seeing snakes and having snake visitations in your dreams. I know because I’m sitting here with a collection of snake-experience and snake-dream e-mails on my computer and on my Facebook Wall.

So now your greatest enemy and issue is your greatest treasure. You are a multi-dimensional Wounded Healer. You have been wounded as a mortal, you have been wounded as a demi-god and in your fully ascended god-goddess body. But you’re back and the World thanks you. The Mother Earth is your best friend. She sends a gentle green serpent of light upwards from her Core and she wraps it around you starting at your feet. She holds you close to her. You are her Beloved Son or Daughter. She turns your hands green with her green serpent of Light. She fills your Heart with Her Love and Thanks for coming back to help Her. She knows you had a fine reputation when you were healing patients who were human. You never lost a patient. This time you’ve been called to heal a planet. This is the challenge. Through your healing of the planet, Her healthy new form the Earth Star will give birth in her substance to healthy happy people who will feel the Love she has for them. Their substance is Her substance and She loves herself too.

Feel this. And now let’s work.

The Quaoar Effect ~ Scorpius

At right is a sky map of the date Quaoar was officially discovered. As we can see, there is a remarkably convenient alignment of Quaoar to Alpha Scorpius and Omega Ophiuchus.

Presuming the Tongva Creator God Quaoar needs no permission or help getting his job done, we can probably add 2+2 together and come up with 4. The first priority on Quaoar’s Singing & Dancing New Gods Into Existence list (dating his agenda from the date of his discovery) had to do with Scorpio-Ophiuchus.

We’ve already noticed that Ophiuchus’s Grand Entrance in mainstream consciousness on January 13, 2011 was timed with the first Quaoar alignment with Alpha Ophiuchus. Again — a classic case of Divine Right Timing. But now we may be looking back to the date Quaoar was first discovered. If Ophiuchus consciousness was opened wide on the Quaoar transit of Alpha Ophiuchus, could it be possible there was no effect during Quaoar’s transit of Alpha Scorpius and Omega Ophiuchus?

I have no snappy comeback. You’re probably tired of hearing me say it anyway.

I am now going to suggest that you tear yourself away from the known and the comfortable and project yourself to somewhere outside the Ancient Astrology box. Because that is what Astrology is – just another box. Ophiuchus will be able to respond to this suggestion with ease. Ophiuchus came here from outside the box and knows no limitations of Mind. Anyone else reading this may have a problem with it.

But here’s the thing. We are so used to thinking that ‘being metaphysical’ is living outside the box we’re beginning to believe it. That is no longer the case. In the limitless world of metaphysics and the occult, the Astrology thought form is definitely a box. Climb out right now for just a minute and let me show you something. And I hope you will give it a chance to sing and dance for you as it has for us.

The Sun only transits Constellation Scorpius for 6 days | Scorpius redrawn as a Snake

At left is Scorpius drawn as a snake.  What the heck.  The Giant Scorpion is but a shadow of its former self.  The claws are gone. The Romans hacked them off. The giant body is gone. IAU cut Ophiuchus out of its belly in a cosmic Cesarean Section operation. What’s left, the Heart of the what?

So here’s what we did.  We turned the Ecliptic Plane into a low-hanging branch of the Celestial Tree of Lights, wrapped a string of lights around it like a serpent’s tail, turned the beast around, and turned the two stinger tail stars into a forked tongue.  Actually, it works quite nicely.  You can’t see it in the graphic I’ve used here, but the new Southern Serpent’s head crosses the Galactic Plane and turns around to communicate directly with Galactic Center, Serpent-of-Wisdom style of course.

There are numerous benefits to this recrafting of the Death Stars. But the sudden blank spot in my Mind is telling me to just leave you to navigate this 13th Constellation Shock Wave as best you can and keep you in suspense until the (yes here it comes) 5th installment of this series because there is just too much to throw at you all at one time.

This post is long enough. I’m cutting it off now. Ophiuchus natives, get ready. In the 5th and I hope last installment of this series I will unveil your New Planetary Caduceus. It is currently being held by one of our Solar Ophiuchus natives in São Paulo, Brazil, Eric Kors Vidsiunas, Ph.D. He is one of the Ophiuchii who came out of the shadows on Astronomologer. I will give him this 2-minute warning that the Caduceus is about to heat up in his very capable hands. He may need help from his Twin brother Alex in case it turns into a game of “hot potato” while I get the last installment written (just kidding ).

What is life if we can’t have a little levity in between crises, eh?
