The outlook for December 2011

At right, the Snake Nebula in Constellation Ophiuchus consists of a series of dark absorption clouds. Interstellar dust grains composed predominantly of carbon absorb visible starlight and reradiate much of it in the infrared band of light invisible to the human eye. This absorption causes stars in the background to be blocked from our view and create the appearance of voids.

For many of us, this month will mark the first-ever Solar transit of Constellation Ophiuchus that we haven’t slept through.

The voices that guide me have suggested that I make no projection at this time. They want us all to enter into this transit without preconceived notions so we can experience the constellation’s energies as spontaneously as possible. We’ll be most interested to hear your comments and your feedback. Remember, we are all in this together!

The Sun, Moon, Asteroids and Stars may behave the same as before. And then again they may not. I’m informed that after the events of 11/11/11 it would be wise to stick our toes into the cosmic waters gingerly and get into the swim a little at a time rather than making broad forecasts out of habit and using attributes and behaviors that are in most cases thousands of years old. As surely as humanity evolves, so do the planets and the stars. Our international space programs have been showing us photos and data to illustrate the nature of the sometimes drastic changes our Solar System planets have undergone. We would be smart to pay attention to that body language.

Today is a new day. Ophiuchus is a new “sign.” Let’s greet the coming month with an appetite for discovery and readiness for Adventure.

As part of the Adventure it is highly likely we’ll be discussing the nuts and bolts of Scorpio-Ophiuchus a lot more than most of you would prefer. However, whatever comes through me that needs to be shared on a daily basis this month needs to be given freedom to land on the runway. Waxing Crescent Happy New Year’s Eve Pisces Moon in the last 24 hours of 2011

The First Quarter Moon represents an upward-mobility turning point in the 4 stations of the Moon’s orbit of the Earth. In the 24 hours preceding that mark we don’t just sit in anticipation of what may come, and we don’t only rise up to meet it. We take an action that will help us navigate the turning as the gears shift.

In the last quite-a-few years Astrologers and Numerologists have been marveling at the magnificence of the Universal Clockworks as the number of synchronous events and holidays falling on certain dates coinciding with planetary alignments has been staggering.

This one may be smallish but just the same it’s fitting that we will be ringing in the first day of 2012 on the First Quarter Moon. Let’s not sit back and watch others ring it in for us or sleep through it. Let’s rise up to meet it with a welcoming action.

My New Year’s Resolution (wish me luck!)

I’ve tried making New Year’s Resolutions before. To be honest, I get mixed results. But I think I’ll give it one more shot. What the heck. Anybody want to join me? According to the Moon Phase, it should help our manifestation projects.

Okay, here we go …

The “rush” of planets through the Virgo-Libra-Scorpio-Ophiuchus sector of the Zodiac Belt has left us all rather breathless, especially Yours Truly.

Beginning in 2012 my Intention is to economize and optimize so I don’t overextend and burn out.

I think I’ve given a round enough example of what “reading astrology” can be like when using the whole sky. I hope the examples I have set will give blossoming new Astronomologers and the Astrologers of Tomorrow something to inspire them to co-create with Love and Light using the ample supply of good Information that is so thoughtfully provided by Astronomers who keep us up to date with the locations of the Sun, Moon, planets, stars, asteroids and deep sky objects.

It’s not hard. It just takes some time to get to know your way around. It’s like moving your Pool Party to the Beach where the water is not only moving (and chlorine-free) but teeming with countless life forms.

I haven’t decided yet whether I will continue Your Daily Ophiuchus Horoscopes now that the Sun is through the “hot zone”. Mercury isn’t all the way through Constellation Ophiuchus yet. It will move into alignment with Alpha Ophiuchus on New Year’s Day; I suspect messages on this and other subjects may be forthcoming.

So this is your Heads-Up in case my format shifts out of daily ‘horoscopes’ and into something else.

December 30 ~ Sagittarius Sun – Moon in Constellation Pisces

If you’re a happy, balanced, metaphysically skilled person you probably don’t need a horoscope to tell you what kind of cosmic weather is in the offing because it doesn’t matter. You can handle whatever may come.

But if you struggle with your emotions and Ascension-itis, today’s Oph ‘Scope tips may come in handy.

The Moon in Pisces

The Moon is very much at home in Pisces. Those who have deep, mysterious sides feel fluid and “in the zone” when the Moon is in Pisces.

But for women ironically sometimes it can be too much of a good thing that has the unfortunate effect of drawing us down to the bottom of our oceans of sympathy and empathy feelings. All it takes is one self-deprecating thought to send our emotional body into the downward spiral, making it somewhere between hard and next-to-impossible to pull ourselves up once we’ve fallen into it.

Pictured at right is the inside of a toroidal energy field. I don’t know how else to describe how it feels to be caught and needlessly churning on the inside.

This is how women get trapped in their own element. It is their strength — it’s what makes women deep and unfathomable, mystic and naturally oracular. But it is also what makes water the ‘dark’ element and tends to make men afraid of women — which is probably why women were driven underground. Fire + Water make Steam. Steam is just another form of Water.

Are women creatures of mood? Yes. That is their gift. They are also quite literally Forces of Nature.

There was a time when women were not feared but loved. Over time, through re-conditioning - and for heaven only knows what reason – men became innately (that is from birth) afraid of women and their ‘force of nature’ changes of state.

Why this happened is immaterial. The root cause is separation from the Light of Knowledge, Truth and Wisdom. So let’s just focus on the fact that this condition exists so we can do something about it.

The male goes through no changes of his own except for the leap his body makes in the critical psycho-sexual stage of growth men and women do share which is puberty. But there the change-ability stops. Men do not menstruate, lactate or go through men-o-pause. They don’t get post-postpartum blues or PMS.

If you wake up feeling a little on the negative side today, male or fe-male, take steps to bump your vibration up. Start  your day aggressively with a lively shower, wear something you always feel good in, and fix yourself a good breakfast. This is not a day you want to put your mood in the hands of a sugar and carbs high. Your vibration will get out of control — you’ll crash sooner or later.

Men, do something wonderful for the woman or women in your life. If you don’t have one, find one and just make a random gesture or gift. Giving and Receiving are the same. It takes some experience with Giving to understand what that means and how it works out experientially. But I’ll give you a tip in case you need it: the feel-good energy you Receive in return for giving a gift is more valuable than the thing you gave which, if it is physical, has a shelf life and will eventually return to the Earth Mother in some form or condition–usually as trash.

I heard the question: Donna, you’ve written about the Moon in Pisces before — why is the outlook so deep and dark today?

I’m glad you’ve asked that question.

In Astrology the 90° angle, called a “square” aspect, creates tension. In today’s case the tension is supplied by the fire element of Sagittarius and the water element of Pisces. For those who can identify this vibration and see through the stress or the fear thought that pops up out of the Mind to start the depression juices flowing, you can see right through it and keep your emotions on the up-and-up.

But if you don’t know how to do that, today is your chance to work on developing that skill.

Sun conjunct Pluto in Sagittarius square Pisces Moon

A couple of days ago we wrote about the Sun conjuncting Pluto and how this event starts the clock counting down on Beings on this planet who haven’t wanted to play by the rules from the time they got here and who are now trapped in the reality they re-engineered when they interfered with the original plan for Earth.

The mundane interpretation of the square aspect imparts a message that today the culmination of the Sun’s conjunction with Pluto makes it possible for us to make a quantum leap in overcoming some of our oldest and lowest behaviors.

Some of these behaviors are habits that are so entrenched they are subconsciously driven defense mechanisms that go unrecognized except by those we offend though they may not want to say it for fear of hurting our feelings.

The brief square aspect to the Moon in Pisces in the morning UTC helps bring some of our oldest and most fundamental past-life issues to light so we can examine how resistant we’ve been to conforming to higher spiritual ideals.

Astrological Pluto – when direct – is said to provide us with the transpersonal power to transform and transcend our physical limitations. How has that worked out?

Well apparently it hasn’t worked out so well for either of us. Especially since the flip side of that — Pluto retrograde — highlights sexual perversion and transmutation of form through criminality.

The IAU degraded Pluto’s status from planet to dwarf planet in 2006 ruling that despite its moons and qualifying size, Pluto’s orbital path around the Sun doesn’t follow the same rules as the other planets in the Solar System. So they decided Pluto should be reclassified.

That’s gotta be a sign of something!

Jupiter still in Constellation Pisces ~ change of behavior

Jupiter in Pisces used to be a good thing because it was one of two planets that was said to Astrologically “rule” Pisces. These days when Jupiter is in Pisces we find ourselves dredging up old issues we thought we’d gotten rid of. Jupiter expands them, making them bigger than we feel they ought to be, but also causing legitimate issues to loom until we deal with them properly. Maybe all we did was suppress them. A couple of thousand years worth of issues are mentioned above.

We may not like it, but there are issues we need to deal with. It has to be done.

Jupiter crossing into Aries in a couple of days isn’t going to burns these old issues off. It’s just going to keep them running around in our heads until we get a handle on our Ego Issues.

Asteroid Asclepius conjunct Juno in Libra

Since the November Full Moon we have been placing more emphasis on the role of Goddess than ever before. There is a special need to focus on gender issues in the context of Constellation-sign Ophiuchus due to the pivotal presence of Great Goddess and the Serpent Goddesses of Minoan Crete that underlie the Myth of Asclepius.

Today Asteroid Asclepius conjuncts Juno in Constellation Libra. Soul relationships and contracts are being agreed upon today.

Juno and Asclepius are not in align with any of the stars of Libra (a masculine-air sign), but they are both applying to a conjunction with Alpha Serpens Caput — the head end of Ophiuchus’s giant Northern Snake that is crowned by Corona Borealis the Northern Crown (the Serpent is occultly gender feminine).

Intuitively we assess the essence of the contract and relationship negotiation has to do with the balance of male/fe-male energies. Coming up with that interpretation if you know much about the historic and mythic figures underlying Constellation Ophiuchus is kind of a no-brainer.

Hence this soul relationship provision being agreed to (because it must be in a Free Will environment) can be seen as a key element of the contract that encumbers the Zodiac, Ophiuchus, God-Goddess, Asclepius and the Serpent.

Mars in Constellation Leo is sextile to Juno and Asclepius in Libra. Over the next two or three days Mars will perfect its alignment with Beta Leo, Denebola, the tail of the Lion. Simultaneously Asclepius and Juno will perfect their alignment with Alpha Serpens Caput.

Think about it — the head of the Serpent and the tail of the Lion.

This is an energetic reversal of the ancient Naga Lion-Serpent power animal combination (see photo at right) so something fundamental is changing. If the Serpent is essentially Sophia-Wisdom and the Lion is King, then it makes perfect sense that this energy alignment should shift somewhat.

The New Leo

While Mars has been transiting Constellation Leo, next-generation chemistry has been filtering down from the celestial sphere and flowing into the system. The alchemy is nearly complete as individuals begin to activate and actualize their new 12-strand DNA. The transformations should begin to become apparent on the outer planes in the coming year 2012.

Mars the Serpent of Wisdom during its transit of Leo has transformed a first wave of Leo natives into wise advanced beings like they were in the beginning when Kings and Pharaohs were Divine and functioned as the spiritual heads of their sophisticated civilizations in a healthy and communally wealthy way. These great leaders are returning to the planet. As their old skin is peeling off, you can feel the shiny new colors and lights glowing and beaming. Standing in their light is pure joy.

Waxing Crescent Aquarius Moon at the Water Carrier’s Pitcher

During the Total Lunar Eclipse on December 10 (Sun in Ophiuchus) the tone was set for the next lunar cycle as usual. For everyone else that tone had to do with the wisdom and work it will take to heal money, job and home loss problems.

For those of us gathered here around a higher agenda, however, (not that we don’t have those concerns too!) the Total Lunar Eclipse tone was all about Ophiuchus and the next level of awakenings and work to be done – and how the results of that work is going to improve the economy and co-create jobs in the longer run.

Today the waxing crescent Moon will be transiting Aquarius. Communications being exchanged today in social settings have a little something extra attached to them both in importance and content. Light streaming down onto the planet through the sign of Knowledge and Universal Consciousness is getting through to more people than ever.

December 28 ~ Sagittarius Sun – Aquarius/Capricorn Moon

As today starts, this time the Moon is in Constellation Aquarius where it overhangs Capricornus and then later in the day she enters an interlocking piece of Constellation Capricornus. Yesterday it was the other way around.

At the very end of the day the Moon enters Aquarius yet again where she will stay until she reaches Pisces.

Essentially the energies of the day favor mixing business with social contact. The Waxing Crescent moon phase suggests the agenda for the day should be to add to and build up our manifestation plans.

The Sagittarius Sun assists those of us whose plans are still on the drawing board or who haven’t gotten up the courage to articulate a goal and place an Intention out on the ethers.

Sagittarius Sun conjuncting Pluto

Today the Sun begins to come within range of a conjunction to Pluto and a new voice wants to be heard from. I’m giving this voice its freedom to express itself through me. If you don’t like the direction this Oph ‘Scope is taking, check back tomorrow. The new portals and gateways we opened in the Solar transit of Constellation Ophiuchus have activated a number of new channels of communication, as was to be expected.

Pluto Mission 2012

Pluto is a transpersonal planet that doesn’t play by the rules of planetary behavior in this Solar System. That’s why the IAU demoted it in 2006.

Pluto is no longer officially a planet. For now it’s being classified as a Dwarf Planet. So it’s going to be harder to read its influence Astrologically mostly because we are so emotionally invested in it and have lost our perspective. If we had perspective, we would see how the planets have changed and we would not be resisting the idea that our interpretations of their influences need to change too.

If we stop to think about it, as Pluto-Hades God of the Underworld is one of Scorpio’s “planetary rulers”, the revocation of Pluto’s planetary status plays nicely into the story of the Serpent Holder coming onto the Zodiac Belt.

It was Hades who complained to Zeus about Asclepius and had him killed. Think about that.

The influence of Ophiuchus’s Serpent of Wisdom as it influences Humanity’s healing and growth fulfills the scorpion-serpent-eagle prophecy. The demoting of Pluto knocks Scorpio’s planetary ruler off the grid entirely. This is an important step in the process of completing the Prophecy in a language any Astrologer could read if (s)he would give it a try. Otherwise, it’s just a story I’m telling and there would be no proof anywhere to be found.

That clearly isn’t the case. The signs are everywhere.

Due to its distance from the Sun it takes Pluto 247.7 Earth years to make the rounds of the Zodiac Belt. Hence its influence on us is generational.

The effect of Pluto in Sagittarius is that our generation is bringing spiritual heat and light to bear on the criminal element that plagues us. The Light is dispelling the Darkness. The metaphor applies to the troubles Humanity has been having with “good” people and “bad” people — or the perception of “good” and “bad” people.

The Sun will not transit Pluto again until 12/31/2012 UTC so whatever pre-12/21/2012 business the Solar Logos may have with Pluto will have to get done this week. This transit sets the Sun-Pluto tone and the goal for the coming year.

Here is the News …

Somewhere between Earth and the restaurant at the far end of the Solar System there is a conversation about to take place between the great Solar Beings from the Cities of Light at the center of the Milky Way Galaxy and the non sacred dragon-serpent kind who were recently demoted for not conforming to the rules of behavior in this Solar System.

These ancient dragon-serpent kind who have given the serpents of light and the dragons of creation a bad name beginning with the Garden of Eden story and the story of St. George and the dragon! will be given until the last day of Earth year 2012 to submit spiritual goals to Galaxy Center and thereby demonstrate spiritual growth.

The psychic frequencies being emitted in Sagittarius are very hot and about to get hotter. The ice out of which Dwarf Planet Pluto is made will be in danger of melting if compliance is not forthcoming. Pluto’s moons will go down with that ship too.

Those who are capable of shielding and protecting Pluto will not be able to lift a finger even if they want to unless the beings symbolized by Pluto comply. The Pluto Beings (that’s what we’ll call them–we might also call them what the Pleiadeans call them, the “Lizzies”) did not foresee this.

The situation on Earth has reached the point of no return for them. They aren’t hanging on — they don’t know how to let go, what to do next or how to stop what they put in motion. They’re relying on us to do it without giving us the clearance we need (full disclosure) to get in there and do it. The problem is they have been victimized by the same fear vehicles they created to render Humanity impotent. (Giving and Receiving are the same thing according to A Course In Miracles.) Trust me when I tell you this, folks, Pluto Beings are in Catch-22.

The world Pluto Beings put together is collapsing. It was not co-created in Love using Light. They thought they could keep it going by maintaining control over the Mind of Humanity, but they cannot get Humanity to manufacture the emotion needed to co-create what they need now to survive (shielding for third dimensional body protection) partially because suffering humanity has no sympathy for Pluto Beings (that would require feelings of Love, not Fear) and partially because the harmonics and frequencies were changed Universe-wide in 1987 and Pluto Beings didn’t release control when they were supposed to and haven’t let Humanity tank up on the new Frequency. They are filtering good news out of mass media dissemination portals and still pushing money economy.

Aha.

The love and compassion that resides in the co-creative side of Humanity is the Pluto Beings’ only hope. They can’t keep Humanity down anymore if they want to live. Humanity will just recycle again — perhaps with help it will make the quantum leap anyway even if humanity can’t evolve enough organically before it is too late (I doubt if it will ever be too late for Humanity, but it’s a way of getting us to hurry things up).

But if the Pluto Beings don’t make the sincere token Free Will Choice to let Humanity get up off its knees (so to speak), all will be lost to their race in this Universe of Love and Light.

From what we hear from Andromedans, this has already happened and the Pluto Beings have been taken to another Universe and the worm hole rekeyed with the Pluto Beings locked out because they did not make that Free Will token decision before the cutoff – which technically in Earth time is ahead of us. But from Andromedans’ perspective the decision and demonstration were already not made.

We’ll see about this. I’ve just converged the two Time Lines. Can you see them both?

This is why what the messengers from other star systems say doesn’t always play out on our Earth Time time lines.

Does anybody here care about this? I have a feeling that now that the Sun is getting into the “higher signs” of the Zodiac (Sagittarius through Pisces) there will more transmissions like this coming in. Looks like ordinary horoscopes are out the window — at least for today. We’ll see what tomorrow brings.

Look for signs of what the Pluto Beings’ decision is throughout the coming year. Those of you who care about the News, watch for signs in the USA Presidential Election Campaigns and news about Occupy Wall Street. From where I sit this is happening in real time. They will be deciding their own fate, not ours. Are they intelligent enough to comprehend that, or are they suicidal?

There is an old occult saying I read somewhere in a Spiritual Tarot book or something. It goes, “the Scorpion ringed in fire will sting itself and commit suicide.” Looks like we have a ringside seat for this passion play.

This year would be an ideal time for Humanity to strengthen its Occupy the Globe resolve and align it with the highest spiritual aspirations. Higher Education is suggested. The definition of Higher Education no longer refers to colleges and universities that offer outdated and incorrect curricula.

Hence, those of us who are making our plans to open teaching and healing outlets need to get busy and open them this year. It takes a while for word to get out and business to build up. No time like the present to loose that Sagittarian arrow and get your act in gear.

The magnetic Moon is world-class engaging today as she moves from Capricornus into that area of the Zodiac Belt where Aquarius overlaps Capricorn. Planets transiting in this zone partake of the essence of both signs–business & politics and humanity & the Aquarian Age.

Your intent in the morning is strictly business. Moon in Capricornus. You’re working on concretizing your dream occupation – planning the professional setting (Sun in Sagittarius puts the focus on our goals and highest aspirations). Imhotep is traveling south of the Ecliptic Plane in Scorpius; Mercury is north of it in Constellation Ophiuchus. “As below, so above” is the metaphor. They are making business and social connections too. Some of those connections are connections to you.

Mercury and Imhotep both represent vital members of the Ophiuchus Collective — the Roman Mercury, the Greek Hermes, Hermes Trimegistos the Thrice Greatest, Thoth Egyptian God of the Moon, Science, Writing, Medicine & Magic – and Imhotep, Egyptian God of Medicine & Science.

Mercury and Imhotep are transiting in tandem to set, align and attune the Greco-Egyptian and Hermetic-Gnostic frequencies in the Alpha Scorpius – Omega Ophiuchus zone of what would be a “sign” if it were a unified field. Maybe someday …

For the sake of completeness I’ll remind us all that Asteroid Hygiea and Venus have already transited Ophiuchus and carried out the same functions as is being done by Mercury and Imhotep today. The Divine Feminine began setting the tone in November on the 11/10-11/11 Full Moon.

Today the focus is on the Ancient Egyptian time frame, the Divine Neutral and the Divine Masculine.

Mercury and Imhotep are stimulating internal energy work with you, raising consciousness, kundalini and awareness of Constellation Ophiuchus and the role it is and has been playing. There is a lot of activity going on behind the scenes — and you are a part of it. Mercury makes its first official transit of the Serpent Holder constellation this month as its Planetary Intelligence (used to be called “planetary ruler” but this sends the wrong message) since Ophiuchus made its debut in mainstream consciousness in January of 2011.

Later waves of energy workers will read these Oph ‘Scopes as journal entries but you are reading them in real-time. You’re in the First Wave of mainstream Ophiuchus Consciousness. Depending on what your work and job description is on the planet, you may be about to forge a closer relationship to Ophiuchus and the individual members of its Collective.

Recognizing & connecting with Ophiuchus energy

If you’re working with Oph energy, early this morning as the Moon squares Mercury and Imhotep (see above) you may feel a negative, maybe even yukky or downright nauseous feeling in your midsection somewhere between the solar plexus and sacrum.

Your knee-jerk response is probably going to be to try to figure out where the feeling is coming from. Fear thoughts are generally the first response. My first fear thought generally has to do with my unemployment benefits running out before I’m ready to open for business – I’m sure you have a favorite fear haunting you too.

If you relax and dialogue with the feeling and with your body you will move past that and uncover a message or an impulse waiting for you behind the fear thought. Chances are good if your channels are open you’re receiving some Light from Ophiuchus — possibly a message too. It’s unnerving at first.

(Don’t forget direct Ophiuchus communication comes in a variety of mythic and gender flavors: gay, straight, Male AND Fe-male).

If your body response to the energy is the same as mine, before long you’ll come to recognize the energy signature of this energy messenger who is hailing you. You’ll get used to it. It’s a transmutation chemical something like the energetic equivalent of embalming fluid maybe or aethyr-alcohol. Not very appetizing, and definitely nothing you’d want to use as perfume or after-shave. That’s why it throws people off.  But it’s distinctive and it’s sanitary.

Imhotep, Master of Sciences

Sculptures of Imhotep normally show him seated and with a papyrus scroll in his lap. In the early days Egyptology considered Imhotep to be the first man of science in recorded history.

Archaeologists think Imhotep was the initiator of the science of embalming of the dead because of the Smith papyrus, a treatise in which there are descriptions of several types of operations and processes representing a compilation of medical practices documented by Imhotep. However, later discoveries of highly sophisticated surgical procedures predating Imhotep’s time that our doctors can’t even perform today tend to argue this point.

Be that as it may, the esteem in which Imhotep was held in his time and at the time Ancient Greece was giving birth to its gods and goddesses place Imhotep’s accomplishments and stature in science and medicine alongside Hippocrates in Greece and Asclepius in ancient Rome.

The Egyptians considered him the father of medicine. The Greeks gave him the Greek name Imouthes and then later Imouthes became known as Asclepius.

Practical philosophy & ideals awareness month

Time to get down to business and brass tacks. The Moon starts out in Constellation Sagittarius this morning but later moves into Capricornus, sign of business, professions & the world stage. This energy combination has “Fourth Dimensional” written all over it. It combines concepts that in the past did not create a pathway to their use in waking consciousness. The Moon being at home in Cancer used to mean it was handicapped in its opposite sign of Capricornus. However, using our Fourth Dimensional skill sets, this is no longer a problem for those of us who are working in our multi-verse bodies and evolving.

It’s true Constellation Sagittarius is known for its psychic frequencies. After all, the center of the Milky Way Galaxy is right there between Sagittarius, Ophiuchus and Scorpius. And it’s also true the natives of these signs are all quite intuitive and tend to not have as far to go in developing their psychic powers as some of the rest of us.

Late in the day the Moon moves into Capricornus suggesting it’s time to work on concretizing those dreams and manifest our achievable goals and aspirations.

The answer is yes — the questions our scientists find unanswerable keep folks very busy communicating and cerebrating over them. That’s how the new scientists developed String Theory and all of the rest of their concepts that not-so-long-ago they used to laugh in our faces about as they overheard our conversations about the occult, mysticism and magic.

The theories of the scientists of today who were taught what to think and learned everything they think they know in our public and private school systems are as wild as the stuff in the books left behind for us by the Ancient Wisdom Keepers that should be lined up neatly on our physicists’ book shelves but they’re probably not. And these great thinkers of today are filling lecture halls and selling lots of books about quantum physics and quantum mechanics — the same kind of stuff we talk about in a language all our own that they call “pseudo-science” — meaning what we hold as true is an imitation of life to them because they can’t see, hear, feel, taste or touch it.

New Moon in Sagittarius – the Spiritual (Wo)Man

I know this will come as a shock to some of you but the Sun and Moon met in Sagittarius yesterday and I missed noticing that little detail until today. Aaaaaaugh! 

I was so caught up in my Who’s Driving Santa’s Sleigh story that I didn’t get back down to Earth in time to catch the oversight before those of you who read ahead had probably already read it. If that’s the case, my apologies. If you didn’t read ahead then Whew! I caught it in time – it’s fixed.

The seeds being sown this week whether by Intention or not are being planted in Sagittarius Spiritual Ground. If you have a birthday coming up, your Sun is in Sagittarius, the constellation that holds the center of our Milky Way Galaxy.  How special is that!!

Technically, come to think of it, that makes Jesus a Sagittarius too! It certainly fits him better than the goat image, don’t you think?

This is the new Sagittarius tone that has been set for the rest of the month’s work on ourselves.

Jupiter Direct in Constellation Pisces

For those of us who have been reliving the past almost compulsively in the past several weeks – good news! (I think ) Jupiter in the last dregs of Pisces is turning Direct today and will very shortly be out of Pisces and back into Aries where we can spend another almost 5½ months with it churning around in our heads.

I know I know — when will it ever end, right?

You and I both know we have a lot of work to do on ourselves. Hopefully we’re bringing a friend or two along for the ride – preferably someone who is less clueless than we are so we can help them along as a Service. This earns us good Virgo karma and believe it or not will contribute to our overall health picture because Health and Service to Humanity are both connected in the Virgo domain.

One thing I’ve learned about my past, it is a treasured possession. It may not be pretty and perfect but it is rife with lessons learned – mostly by trial and error – and spiritual experiences that have taught me to trust in my Intuition and my Guidance System implicitly. How about you?

The last lessons we revisited with Jupiter in Pisces apparently need to be gone over and over with a fine-toothed comb for five whole months. There is something in there that we need – a vital key to unlocking the secrets about WHO WE REALLY ARE as individuals and as members of a collective that depends on us to do whatever job we came here to do.

This Mission to Earth doesn’t work without you! So put those pieces together and bring it! 2012 is literally right around the corner!

Mercury & Asteroid Imhotep separating from alignment with Antares

Mercury and Asteroid Imhotep are pulling away from the Alpha Sco-Omega Oph alignment zone but we will be hearing about it for weeks to come as the Planetary Intelligence speaking for Ophiuchus and the Asteroid named for one of the members of the Ophiuchus collective finish up their 2011 transit of the constellation.

By coincidence today I just happened to be watching a National Geographic program on cable about Egyptian Mummies and guess what the backdrop was in one of the scenes? Yup, you guessed it. Saqqara and Imhotep’s famous Step Pyramid which is the first and oldest successful pyramid in Ancient Egypt.

In the last 10 years I’ve become aware of so many special occasions worldwide that it almost feels sacrilegious to give special billing to one without giving equal billing to them all.

I barely have time to keep up with the Moon Phases, Planetary Stations, Eclipses, Equinoxes & Solstices!

I’ve read so many holy books that say the same thing in a different language, at this point they’re all melded together in my mind and my heart. We are One people whose families may have carved their stories out of slightly different fabric but it’s all cloth and it has all been stitched together on this pretty blue planet we call Earth – and Home.

From where I sit the World Quilt is a beautiful sight to behold and I want to wish everyone Happy Holidays no matter what Holy Day or Holiday you’re celebrating this season. I join you in celebrating each and every one of them.

December 24 ~ Yule Moon in Constellation Ophiuchus-Sagittarius

Precision alignments in 2011

There has been a mind-boggling number of precision alignments in a continuous procession since I-don’t-know-when. I’ve been noticing it for years. Now thanks to Ophiuchus imposing itself on our Zodiac, more people can come to appreciate the power and majesty of the stellar world. So here we all are – climbing the Stairway to Heaven.

Here are a few details I’ve missed reporting in recent days as I have valiantly sought to keep my epistles at as manageable a length as possible without losing people who would rather I talk about meaning than the science behind it:

• Uranus turned Direct on December 10, the date of the Full Lunar Eclipse
• Mercury turned Direct on December 14 as the Sun was in perfect alignment with Alpha Ophiuchus
• Mercury, Moon and Asteroid Imhotep aligned with Alpha Scorpius, Omega & Zeta Ophiuchus on the December 22nd Solstice (I did manage to mention this yesterday)
• In case I forget to mention it tomorrow, Jupiter will turn Direct in Constellation Pisces on Christmas Day.

Here are the interesting features of December 24 – I’ll tell you what I think it means after I give you the Astronomy facts.

• At midnight UTC the Moon will be within one degree of Alpha Ophiuchus, Ras Alhague. “Within one degree” for all practical intents and purposes is a “conjunction” in Astrological terms. As the Moon moves into this alignment it will be aligning along the way with Lucy the Diamond Pulsar Planet and with dwarf planet candidate Quaoar, both in Constellation Serpens. Due to the expanded magnetic zone we attribute to the Moon, for all practical purposes, the Moon will bring and bond the energies of all of these planets together with Rasalhague so that viewing the Moon from where you are, the Light you will be receiving will be a composite of all of it — Moon, Rasalhague, Quaoar and Lucy the Diamond Pulsar Planet.
• Mercury and Asteroid Imhotep will still be in the Alpha-Omega Scorpius-Ophiuchus zone. Asteroid Imhotep will be in perfect Ecliptic alignment with Antares at the same time the Moon is in perfect alignment with Alpha Ophiuchus. I call these two areas together “At the Feet of the Master.”
• Also at Midnight UTC as viewed from Stonehenge, Due East and Due West will be resting directly on the Equinox points of our Zodiac Belt. That means Due North and Due South will be aligned at the Solstice points with the Earth Shadow being in Constellation Ara the Altar, in alignment with the Cat’s Eye Nebula that marks the North Celestial Pole (meaning the top of the sky, not the north magnetic pole of the planet). The Zenith of the Sky will be in Constellation Auriga, the Charioteer. Okay so we see the Celtic and Christian Crosses here, and Santa seated there in the sky — but this constellation features a Charioteer with a Capricornus-type goat in his lap, there is no Chariot in sight. So where is the sleigh with the 8 tiny reindeer?

Powerful day for the planet

The energies pouring down onto the planet through the Time Portal created by this sky configuration at Midnight from Stonehenge are substantial and they are real. Absorb and integrate as much of it as you can. If you are viewing from Stonehenge, you may be able to feel the Earth Star ship being steered.

These particular energies can be used for almost anything from nurturance, transformation, and healing to building and rebuilding. The energies at the Antares end are totally magical, vital and powerful.

The energies at the Rasalhague end where the Moon is are more subtle but no less powerful. They are meant to stimulate our thought processes and put us in contact with the thinker behind the thought, the wisdom behind the solution, and the vision behind the action.

The message is clear: Ophiuchus is here. The Grand Architect is demonstrating for us. We should take this time out to focus on the elegant simplicity that all of these signs are pointing toward.

Spirituality is a muscle. This is a time for pumping iron. Build those muscles up. Use the Ophiuchus energy — that’s what it’s here for.

Could there be any more wonderful a Gift being given to us during the season when many of us celebrate the birth of the Christed One, the Spirit of Salvation? If there is a Second Coming coming, it is the birth of Love within us all. It cannot be left to one single being on the planet. We all know what happened to the last one.

So BE that Christ Within. Open your Hearts and let this Illumined Healing & Wisdom energy in. This year Santa’s sleigh isn’t drawn by reindeer, it’s being driven by Ophiuchus and the Serpent, the Divine Physician and Sophia-Wisdom, the Serpent.

The Moon in Ophiuchus

December Solstice yesterday featured the Heart of Ophiuchus rising at Stonehenge. Today beginning at midnight UTC the Moon crosses the Scorpius boundary into Constellation Ophiuchus, joining Mercury and Asteroid Imhotep in an alignment with Alpha Scorpius (Antares), Omega Ophiuchus and Zeta Ophiuchus (Han). This should be occurring at approximately 3:00 a.m. UTC

Too bad I didn’t see this when I wrote the Solstice piece. If you check out where Due East is during this alignment, you’ll see it’s almost exactly where Due East was during the September 2011 Equinox — the only Equinox/Solstice that didn’t have Due East over the Heart of Ophiuchus.

Amazing!

Juno & Soul Contract Relationships

This month has been all about our sacred relationships with each other, with the planet, and with the stars. The Universe has designed a very special Light Show this year and I highly suspect it is far from over.

Juno at Zubeneschamali, “the price that covers” would agree with me the relationship being forged by those of us who are still reading the Ophiuchus Horoscopes promises to be worth its weight in gold. As we settle into it, chances are good we’ll be getting some good help and excellent advice from our Lady and our Divine Physician in the Stars.

Those of us who are dealing with relationship crises, the window of opportunity swings wide open today. You should get clarity on the purpose of the relationship, whether it should be released or closely held.

The Moon is just finishing up a quick transit of Scorpius helping you to let go if that’s what you really needed to do. Now that the Moon is entering Ophiuchus, revival, restoration and repair work is the name of the game. Use the next two days to heal what needs healing and rebuild what needs rebuilding.

Use your converted local time for the conjunction of Moon-Mercury-Imhotep-Alpha Scorpius and Omega Ophiuchus to connect and power up. If you have been Reiki Attuned, do a little Reiki on yourself. If you aren’t Attuned and you have a friend who does Reiki, call them and ask them to send you some Reiki energy. This will help you integrate the Alpha-Omega energy.

The Solstice Moon

The Moon starts out today in the middle of the main stars of Constellation Libra. The worst of the relationship crisis should be over if all you had was a shake-up strength test. Sanity should have been restored. The crisis should have resolved itself one way or the other. If you’ve made it this far in an existing relationship things are looking good but we’re not out of the woods yet.

Later in the day the Moon enters Constellation Scorpius. There are mixed messages here so you’ll have to pull the right answer out of your hat. Scorpius says “Let go!” The alignment to Ophiuchus’s serpent-holding hand says “Hang on!”

Libra used to be the claws of the really giant ancient Scorpion. So the outcomes of our recent relationship shake-ups is (forgive the pun) up in the Libra air. Things are changing changing changing.

Depending on how the Scorpion-Serpent-Eagle alchemy is doing, we may or may not hear the healing words of wisdom we long to hear, that oh-so-important I love you, honey, what was I thinking?

Humans still have a long way to go in learning how to pick partners and developing effective problem solving skills. I hope nobody takes offense to this but the 12-step programs come with a great set of spiritual tools. You might check into that sometime just for fun. The books are free online.

December 21 ~ Waning Crescent Moon in Constellation Libra

The Moon in Libra

The surface of the Moon shows us more shadow than light right now. It’s time to let go of whatever we’re holding on to that is going to spoil the purity of our manifestations once the seeds we planted in earlier cycles begin to sprout.

If you’re in a harmonious state, last minute changes to your plan are okay to make. If you’re not in a harmonious state, changes will need to be made but probably no amount of changing or back-tracking you can think of to do is going to help. When the balances are swinging it’s all we can do to hang on sometimes.

Treat your body and mind kindly. Music and art appreciation go a long way toward soothing and smoothing the rough and ruffled feathers.

Sun aligns with Cat’s Eye Nebula

The Sun is a day away from Solstice. It will cross an Equatorial alignment with Cat’s Eye Nebula in Constellation Draco today. For those of us who love and understand dragons that’s a good thing and a bad thing simultaneously. Dragon power is straight up, don’t mess with me. So you can take your power back today if you have given it away and you know it.

The risk is that sometimes this aspect can be like PMS on the Full Moon, especially when the Sun and Sagittarius are involved because both of these energies tend to be masculine to the energetic touch. In the Qabalistic tarot the sensory gateway for the Sagittarius key is “Anger”. So be careful what sort of situation you allow yourself to get caught up in today. Things may get explosive in the chemistry lab if you aren’t precise in your measurements of which chemicals to add in the test tube.

For those working on Galaxy connections, the “Anger” label we put on Sagittarius energy can be translated to the sort of light, heat and cosmic rays appropriate to associate with the super massive center of our Milky Way Galaxy. So if there is an accident in the lab today, we might begin to suspect that the relationships some of us are being primed to forge need to be industrial strength and our future partners capable of functioning at the Galactic citizenship level.

Some of us have had enough lessons and will be moved into faster-paced positions with more responsibilities. We won’t have time to babysit relationship partners who have places to go, people to meet and things to do elsewhere.

The Moon triggers a release of love and healing

As we begin the day at midnight UTC the Moon has aligned with Alpha Virgo, Spica and later reaches the Zodiac coordinate associated with the 11:11:11 Rose Stargate. This alignment should attract some healing energy and make it available at the subconscious and dream planes levels so those of us in relationship crises can get a little relief.

If you are one who has been having trouble with the energies this week, help this energy filter into your physical body by taking some time for yourself today. Recalibrating the energy in your muscles and tissues will change the vibrations of your Chakras and trigger the release of Rose Stargate energy into your system. The Moon in Virgo suggests communing with nature, doing some gardening, reading a book, being of service to somebody else so you can get out of your own head. There’s even a cricket in my room supplying the squeak squeak squeak sound effects for me. I don’t know what it’s doing here, we’re going into winter. Crickets are generally summer critters. That makes its co-participation in my Earth experience today even sweeter. Thank you Cricket!

Relationship problems?

Juno, attributed with responsibility for soul contracts and relationships, is still transiting Libra. Whether you’re in a classical he-she relationship or not you’re probably finding some very unsettling energies are affecting your ability to maintain balance. You may have been unseated.

As we said weeks ago, we aren’t sure how some of the planetary energies are going to be affecting us, what with all the changes in the frequencies, shapes and forms in the Libra-Scorpio-Ophiuchus sector of the Zodiac Belt. Look at it this way: if we’re experiencing unexpected changes, that must be a signal that the long-awaited shifts into New Consciousness are occurring across the boards. The people we are pointing at when we say “things have got to change!” are not the only ones who need a metaphysical reality check.

Scorpius to the Egyptians was “the unexpected.” So if that’s what you have just been put through, say hello to classic Mercury in Scorpius. Let’s remember also, Mercury turned direct on the 14th and sometimes the effects of a direction change can be felt for a week beforehand and hang on for a week afterwards.

Looking on the bright side, Mercury enters Ophiuchus soon, but the not-so-good news is that there is a little tiny key-node-shaped area of Constellation Ophiuchus and on Solstice, instead of entering into Ophiuchus, Mercury will be in this little notch. Damn!

Well there must be a good reason for it.

Juno is still in Constellation Libra, so check those relationships. You may be outgrowing a relationship that really does need to be set aside gracefully.

Asteroid Imhotep in Scorpius

Meanwhile, Asteroid Imhotep, also in Scorpius, is conjunct with and preceding Mercury but farther to the south below the Ecliptic Plane where he will be “in Scorpius air-space” for a while longer before entering Ophiuchus.

Indications are that Constellation Scorpius is being worked with by the Celestial Intelligences to further the great change in consciousness with which we are being Gifted as we move from thinking of Scorpius as a scorpion to it dawning on everyone that we have choices and the new reality is not only better for us, it’s here! All we have to do is work with it in its new form.

We are struck with the quantum leap being made in humanity’s problem solving skills these days. More people are taking responsibility for their own part (serpent wisdom) and articulating about their feelings, owning them and working with the energy (healing light wisdom). If these are the skills you are bringing to the table today, then congratulations! You have experienced a bump in the road and been drawn into healing thoughts instead of launching an “if looks could kill” scorpion attack with the intention of emotionally and psychically wounding of the other.

Think about your thoughts and actions over the last couple of weeks. How have you taken responsibility and worked with the energy in your crisis situation? I prompt you to think about it to bring you to the realization that you are doing a GREAT job of building the new world we all want to live in!!

Heads-up — Asteroid Imhotep will be at the Scorpius-Ophiuchus Alpha-Omega junction by this time tomorrow. We’ll be able to perceive the affects of this alignment beginning today.

This area of the Ecliptic Plane is like a light socket. If you’re plugged in it can connect you with the new Scorpio-Ophiuchus energy body and empower you. Typically this zone provides flash and sparkle as those who are born with early Ophiuchus birthdays tend to display magical, occult and shamanic powers.

This of course also depends on your other planetary placements and the angles on your sky chart.

Moon in the Coma-Virgo X-Ray/Radio Galaxy Streaming

Similarly to this time last month, the Moon is waning as it slides across the galaxy streaming. In any other sign the waning moon would likely for most of us dampen down our receptivity and magnetism faculties just a bit. However the X-Ray/Radio Galaxy Streaming is an energy booster so we should be firing on all cylinders.

Sagittarius Sun aligned with Beta Ophiuchus, Cebalrai

Beginning today put all the energy you can gather into your Intentions and your Goals. The reason the Archer constellation doesn’t have an arrow in her bow is because the bow is a metaphor for the power of aiming. The arrow is far to the north above Aquila the Eagle–it’s Constellation Sagitta.

The same thing can be said of transmuting the scorpion’s stinger into the forked tongue of the Southern Serpent of Light-Wisdom whose head is more or less pointed at Galaxy Center just as the aim of the Archer is pointed there.

The Sun has crossed into Sagittarius but is still in a zone of the Ecliptic Plane where stars of Ophiuchus (and Scorpius too for that matter) freely align with it.

As I consulted resources to find out what the “meaning” of Cebalrai is I was reminded that there really is no single authority on the matter. The various books and resources that are available give us an array of choices.

Unfortunately, we are not being given as much of a choice as to what to believe about Ophiuchus as a whole.

I’ll mention it again — yesterday I went out on the Internet after some piece of information and was struck with the number of web pages seeking to inform the public as to what Ophiuchus is, represents and means. They are all chanting practically the same thing. Asclepius, Asclepius, Asclepius. With an occasional mention of Imhotep.

I still haven’t found any sites that address the single most important theme that needs to be resurrected from the dead, and that is the retrieval from the Underworld of the Soul of Goddess. But I’ll keep searching.

I’m probably as responsible for that as anyone. For years the only Ophiuchus personalities I talked about on my web sites were the masculine ones beginning with Asclepius and Imhotep. It wasn’t until within the last few years that I finally found the lost connection to the Serpent Goddesses and the Great Goddess.

Dear Divine Feminine Ophiuchus Goddess-women, for a while longer it seems you will have to continue to be the Universe’s Best Kept Secret.

This year we accomplished a lofty goal. A highly respected and multi-published author-Astrologer has recently announced a return to the Stars. Others will follow. It is inevitable.

You beautiful women Ophiuchuses are next on my agenda for 2012. We have our work cut out for us. And Power — let’s not forget the powerful Gateways, Portal Days, the Eclipse, and the Sungrazer Lovejoy for whom the Ophiuchus Sun pulled in its supercharged aura to let the Comet pass by so it could continue bringing Love and Joy.

As the Last Quarter Moon enters the Coma-Virgo X-Ray/Radio Galaxy Streaming you may be starting to feel the energy shifting us back into appreciation of the power of Goddess. Let us go fully into that field of appreciation beginning with the Earth Mother who clothes us and nurtures us. The Ophiuchus Collective

Hopefully new readers have learned something fundamental about the many facets of Constellation Ophiuchus and some details too.

Judging by the sudden glut of web pages devoted to informing the public as to who and what Ophiuchus is, not too many people know the whole story. We at Startistics don’t even know. But we’ve been researching and exploring since 1987 so that we could present the Light Wisdom as information for F R E E to you. That investment was made in you and in the Planet so you can take it and use it.

We will close out the 2011 “Month of Ophiuchus” with a reminder that probably the single most important aspect of the Ophiuchus Collective to work with is the Divine Feminine since She is the underlying source energy behind the constellation. The outer and top layers that the patriarchy put over the top of Her have masked the truth and hidden good information to advance an agenda we are now in the process of throwing off.

Juno aligns with Beta Libra – “the price that covers”

Several days ago we took a look at the Soul Contract between the Earth and Ophiuchus and found that at the time we first became aware of Constellation Ophiuchus all we saw was the male personality Asclepius because that’s the only story the constellation was known by.

Later some of us discovered there was a lot more to Ophiuchus than just Greek Myth so when the question came up again this month, Juno let us know the original understanding was insufficient. As the month closes out we should revisit that question.

Juno at Zubeneschamali indicates that whatever new contract has been negotiated, all parties are happy with it. The Moon in Virgo suggests the issue has been addressed. By definition, the Last Quarter Moon signals time to Initiate Change by letting go of whatever prevents the higher truth from being known so that all may step into that truth with you.

Does it matter if we know what the contract says? Probably not. But it gives us a good chance to revisit the issue and to discuss how to use the planetary positions and the constellation energies to read into a situation dynamically.

December 17 ~ Sun in the Alpha Ophiuchus Zone: Day 5

The Sun is in Day 5 of its transit of the Alpha Ophiuchus zone. In this zone the energy the sector takes its juice from that I want to focus on is a powerful alignment to the south between Alpha Ophiuchus (the Mind of Ophiuchus) and two of the stars of Scorpius, Lesath and Shaula, which were formerly the poison-laden stars of the Scorpion’s stinger tail as it was aimed at Galaxy Center. Some of the other southern stars aligned with Alpha Ophiuchus include Alpha Ara, the Altar.

Today the Asteroid Asclepius Light Ship is doing its part to help bring the Scorpion-Serpent-Eagle celestial alchemy to completion as it takes up an Ecliptic Longitude alignment with the coordinates of Alpha Crux, the Southern Cross and Alpha Corona Borealis, the Northern Crown.

To all of you Astrology and would-be Astronomology students — are you paying attention? Does it blow your mind the way some degrees along the Ecliptic Plane put numerous important stars in perfect alignment with each other? This is one of those degrees of our scientifically numbered “Zodiac Belt.” We would call this a “Critical Degree” in Astrology.

What does this mean for you? Alignment, anchoring, a new sense of direction and purpose, illumined thinking, possibly in dreams brought into your consciousness by the Asclepius frequency of the Ophiuchus Collective. Mars-Moon-Zosma in Constellation Leo

After the Waning Gibbous Moon leaves Sextans it will enter Constellation Leo. Some of us may have “out of the frying pan and into the fire” experiences as there will be an alignment in Constellation Leo between the Moon, Mars, and Delta Leo, Zosma, at the Lion’s hip.

Are your hips in an easy chair or are you upright and prowling around for something you can sink your teeth into?

Mars acts as activator, initiator, and the vitality of Life. Because we recently learned Mars is Serpentine we now see Mars is also wise and a terrific energy healer. Let these ideas float around in your Mind until you come up with something that prompts you to take an action today in the name of Leo-Love.

When the Moon aligns with Mars and Zosma, Mars will be at 11h 11m Right Ascension (R.A.). I see an 11:11 code there, don’t you?

More Fire sign activity today

Asteroid Hygiea today is so closely conjunct with Pluto in Constellation Sagittarius I wonder if they aren’t having a face-to-face meeting of some sort? What would that conversation sound like? Would Hygiea be handling perhaps a much older and wiser snake of some kind? Is Pluto not a planet proper but some other type of quasi-planetary intelligence as its non-traditional orbit in our Solar System suggests?

Is Hygiea the one with the power to finalize the Scorpion-Serpent-Eagle celestial alchemy with the transpersonal “ruler” of Zodiac Sign Scorpio? Is she delivering the message to Pluto that his celestial scorpion body’s inability to play by the rules is no longer acceptable on this planet? Is Pluto’s inability or unwillingness to conform (let’s hope it’s the latter–we can work with the unwilling) some sort of allegory for the disease-bot “cancer” cell we don’t seem to be able to control on this planet?

Pluto may be taking on a number of old thought forms that we are rejecting on this planet. But it is more accurate to say our “rejection” is an intermediate – serpentine – step in the process of transmuting the scorpion into the lofty eagle. In all cases the task before us is to come to love our Shadow Selves and incorporate them into our being. Only by incorporating to transmute can we truly be free. Otherwise, we’re just building another fence that will be jumped by those whose will to harm is greater than our will to make allowances for it and forgive it out of Love and to Nurture.

It’s our turn to flip the switch on our control panel to “Borg Cube.” We are the Love Brigade. Resistance is futile. Join us and add your distinctiveness to our Collective.

If we can make this change within ourselves, Hygiea will have healed Pluto and he will join us and add his distinctiveness to our Collective. There is no need to turn anyone away who is willing to make the same sort of changes and sacrifices we are all making in the Name of Love.

BIG COMET PLUNGES TOWARD THE SUN: Comet Lovejoy (C/2011 W3) is diving into the sun and furiously vaporizing as it approaches the stellar surface. The Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) is recording the kamikaze plunge:

“This is, without any doubt, the brightest sungrazing comet that SOHO has ever seen,” says Karl Battams of the Naval Research Lab in Washington DC.

As Comet Lovejoy and its companion plunge into the Ophiuchus Sun we have to wonder, after all we have seen, what really is going on there.

The Sun this month has been almost too-quiet. Personally I expected something close to fireworks. But we didn’t get them. Instead we got Comet Lovejoy and the 13:13 Gateway.

According to those who know more about Stargates than I do, at the center of every star is a black hole, and these are the doorways and gateways to other times and places in Space and other dimensions as well.

So when we suggest that Comet Lovejoy was on a mission to tow the 13:13 Gateway into place, we should really take a look at that.

(That’s not what Ophiuchus Collective said. What they said was … we should believe it. I’m the one who suggested we take a look at it … can’t help it … I’m not a soft-sell.)

Comet Lovejoy was discovered only recently, on December 2 when the Sun was aligned with Alpha Scorpius-Omega Ophiuchus in the powerful Scorpio-Ophiuchus “gateway” area we described earlier.

Refer to the Solar Activity ~ Sun in Libra-Scorpius-Ophiuchus 2011 report for details on Comet Lovejoy transit the Geminids meteor shower energy that also converged with the 13:13 Gateway opening on this Time Horizon Event.

So if you feel like you’re falling apart, don’t worry. Once Comet Lovejoy and its companion have made it to the Sun and have gone through the Solar Gateway you will probably feel lots better.

This begs the question, why were you resonating with Comet Lovejoy? Were you on the “team” that was supplying the human-planetary energetics necessary to bring the 13:13 Gateway in place from our Zodiac perspective? Don’t forget, the maps of our thoughts in the mirrors of our minds are utilized by our higher dimensional brothers and sisters out on the planes. We are all connected.

Alignment with Lesath, Shaula, and Ara the Altar

Today the Sun is also aligned with Lesath and Shaula, the new forked tongue of the Southern Serpent of Light Wisdom who is crowned by Corona Australis, the Southern Crown. In the past these two stars marked the stinger tail of the scorpion but those times have come and gone. It only takes one star to mark an instrument that injects venom. There are two stars here and their structure, function and kinetics suit the new form.

For those of you who are new to Startistics, if the changes sound so radical they can’t possibly be true, then think of it this way: In order to bring radical change to bear on the Earth, radical changes need to be implemented everyplace we can wrap our Minds around, because that’s where the problems are: in our Minds. If we’re not willing to go the distance, if we can’t bring ourselves to go to any lengths to get there, then we may as well hang it up right now and submit to ongoing tyranny. Because that’s what we will be manifesting if we’re not willing to change things on OUR side of the fence as well as in 3D.

End of lecture.

The Sun will simultaneously align with a sequence of four stars that mark the top of the Altar. We will not know for some hours exactly what time Comet Lovejoy has reached the Sun but if it is today, by the looks of things at the time the Comet goes through the Solar Gateway its probable destination is Galactic Center since that is generally where the head of the Southern Serpent is pointing and the Altar suggests whatever “sacrifice” situation appears to be occurring is really a blessing and a release into the Ethers of the spiritual essence of that which is being placed upon the alter for transmutation into a different form.

Again, if this is what you feel like is happening to you, you are not alone. It’s possible a part of you is being burnt up as well. Enjoy it. As the Pleiadeans would say, explore your feelings and ask yourself why you are choosing this experience of pain when what you could be doing is asking your body what else this feeling is trying to tell you!

Mercury Direct in Scorpius

Mercury, now in direct motion again, is still in Scorpius and still aligned with the two stars that are the hand of the Serpent Holder as they grip and grapple with the undulating Northern Serpent of Light Wisdom.

Powerful events and energy handling is taking place. If you are feeling strange, you are in that energy, a part of it, and possibly a member of the ‘team’ that is keeping everything in place as new structures are being brought into the Solar System for later unveiling.

I need to say here that although the Greek Asclepius was widely known for his serpent power, he bore the serpent staff like others before him (Apollo, Athena) but the actual serpent handler was his daughter Hygiea, probably a later form of the Minoan Serpent Mother Goddess or the Minoan Serpent Goddess of Crete. They did the serpent handling.

The lore on Asclepius, however does go on to say that he took the form of a Serpent when a new temple needed to receive him, or – for example – when Rome sent a contingent to Epidaurus to petition the God of Healing & Wisdom to go to Rome and heal the plague.

By tradition, the serpent is feminine gendered and associated with Sophia, Wisdom. But recent work with the Twin Vortex System to heal the split human Mind suggests we begin to drop these borders and build bridges instead so I’m going to go out on a limb and say the Sexy Serpent that has been undulating all week and that some people are feeling tangibly is an energetic form of strong boy-snake doing a lot of heavy lifting and gate work this month.

Waning Gibbous Moon in Sextans

The ocean is so vast and some of our boats are so small.

This placement of the Moon suggests that we navigate our paths and monitor our thoughts and our manifestation wishes carefully and according to our plan. If you are one who uses numbers or power animals or angels, then pay close attention to the signs and symbols.

When we are asked to pay closer attention to navigation by the stars chances are the celestials are attempting to move large groups of us and align our conscious awareness along certain lines, to keep us all on the same page. As more and more of us can relate in detail to what is happening, our Fourth Dimensional realities will come into view as though they were Third Dimensional structures, but those in 3D who are not vibrating at our same rate will not see them.

This is the effect of “separation of the worlds” to ensure that those of us who wish a Pure Love & Light environment get what we are manifesting and those who are not done with the conflict can stay behind to work it out.

Dec 14, 2011 15:00UT – Early this morning C/2011 W3 (Lovejoy) made its debut in the LASCO C3 camera (click on the image for higher resolution). It seems to be the brightest sungrazing comet that SOHO has ever seen.

In closing, I want to say I was wondering how this would all work out. My past observational experiences with the “stinger tail stars” and the Altar have all turned out to yield death. Troy Anthony Davis and Michael Jackson are two examples off the top of my head.

In this case we’ve just witnessed an against-the-odds new lease on life transformation. VERY Serpentine. I’m taking this as a powerful affirmation concerning the status of the Scorpion-Serpent-Eagle celestial alchemy.

The Waning Gibbous Moon in Cancer-Leo

We begin the day immersed in the depths of our innermost being, receptive, introspective, processing the events of the week.

It seems we barely had time to integrate the results of 11:11:11 before we were plunged into Scorpio-Ophiuchus. We have done our best to keep our noses above the waterline so we could just keep breathing while madly treading new water!

Late in the morning, about 11:00 AM UTC, the Moon will cross the constellation boundary and spend all the rest of the day in Leo. For those of us with serpentine and dragon energy, an alignment Between the Moon and Alpha Hydra (in the Leo sector) may create a sort of steam room or sauna effect that may play itself out in our love lives.

This will trigger our first experience of ourselves post-portal and how to relate to those we love in a romantic way after all of the changes we’ve been through lately.

Wouldn’t it be grand if those we love had been through the same changes too!

Sun alignment with Alpha Ophiuchus

Constellation Ophiuchus made its debut into mainstream consciousness on January 13 of this year, just in time to go with us through this year’s exhilarating sequence of eclipses, solstices, equinoxes and gate days in perfect alignment with planets and asteroids that told us one heck of a great story that featured Constellation Ophiuchus smack-dab in the middle of everything!

It’s been a year of confidence-and-trust building not only on the part of those of us who are following the Ophiuchus Collective with such interest, but also for those of the Ophiuchus Collective who are here walking among us and working with you and with me.

I’m sitting cross-legged in my easy chair, my notebook on my lap and my front door is wide open — sunlight is streaming in. It’s a gorgeous mid-December day in Sunny San Diego, California. This is our winter season and it’s Sunny and 75 here at the beach.

The Alpha Ophiuchus Sunlight is warming my face and infusing the cells of my body with Ophiuchus Consciousness.

Alpha Ophiuchus is the apex star in the triangular head of the Serpent Holder constellation. It is the Head / Mind star of the constellation.

Today as the Sun aligns with Alpha Ophiuchus the focus is on Mind. We have heard that the Earth Mother is resilient and doesn’t need any help healing herself. Whether that is the case or not, the Mind of Humanity needs to be healed. And if we are an extension of the Earth Mother, then she needs us to heal our Minds too.

The Mind of the Serpent Holder is “on it.”

We have just released the Ophiuchus News: Gateway 13:13 is open. Our work is cut out for us both as individuals, as a group of Light Workers who are willing to become involved, and as part of the Earth Family.

Let us simply connect with these simple, basic ideas today and let the Ophiuchus Consciousness we are all receiving act on us quietly and in a reserved manner. The window within which we are in electro-magnetic range of this alignment will persist over the next few days. We’ll see what shakes out then.

We want to caution you about going out on the Internet to read and study definitions of what the stars of Ophiuchus mean and how they affect us. It would be best if we made mental note of what has been said and hold it in reserve, preferring instead to experience personally for ourselves and observe.

The Harmonic Convergence of 1987 brought in new frequencies. The field of energy the Solar System is about to enter is going to be changing us so we are hardly recognizable to ourselves. So let us enter the Fourth Dimension together as children wondering what this means and what that means. Be inquisitive and listen to your hearts and minds as you instruct yourselves on what things mean today.

And speaking about building and rebuilding, the Sun is now in the third “decan” or the last 1/3 of the Ophiuchus constellation. By now the Sun has spent enough time in Ophiuchus that it is less concerned with miracles, magic, healing the sick and raising the dead than it is in innovative architecture and building monuments that will endure into the distant future.

To the extent that the various personalities that make up the Ophiuchus archetype can be assigned to specific degrees along the Ecliptic Plane (possibly a dangerous assumption at this point), this end of the constellation resonates most with the Imhotep facet of the Ophiuchus collective.

Natives born in the latter degrees of the Ophiuchus “sign” are quirky and eccentric in a genius sort of way due to their alignment with Ras Alhague and the range of job descriptions, skills and talents that members of the Serpent Holder Clan have to bring to the table.

Quaoar & the Ophiuchus Sun 2011

Quaoar, discovered in 2006, was named after a Native American Tvonga creator deity whose technique for creation was “singing and dancing new gods into existence.”

By this time next year, Quaoar will still be in the Alpha Ophiuchus alignment zone but after 2012 a precision alignment with Alpha Ophiuchus on Ecliptic coordinates will not be repeated for another 248 years. If you stop to consider how cosmic timing has aligned both Quaoar and the Sun with Alpha Ophiuchus together during this first year of Ophiuchus being in mainstream consciousness, I think we’ll all have to agree that something really special is happening here on our Zodiac Belt right now, today.

And YOU have chosen to become a part of it and a partner in it.

It appears during its 2011 and 2012 transit of Constellation Ophiuchus that Quaoar has certainly accomplished the work he came here to do, hopefully one of many such. Our role in grouping here to learn about ourselves and our brothers and sisters of the “new sign” has certainly been a form of singing and dancing new gods and goddesses into being to join the other gods and goddesses who are working and playing here on Earth at this pivotal time.

So if you are an Ophiuchus native or if you know others who are (Ophiuchus natives tend to travel in packs) then do yourself a big favor. Don’t stop singing and dancing when the Sun gets out of Constellation Ophiuchus. Put on some music and dance yourself into a state of Divine Ecstasy every day.  You’ve made a long journey to get back here to a planet you once loved and served. We need you again. We need you still.

Mercury in Scorpius – direct again

Here is a message for you from Mercury, the planetary intelligence (we used to call them “rulers”) speaking for Constellation Ophiuchus.

For all of you real-sky Scorpios, you are being transformed into a beautiful, wise, magical and transcendent new Serpentine shape and form. It is sssso Ssssexy!

Those of you who never had a shape-shift gene are getting one especially for the impending morphing of your genes and your body.

Can you feel your body morphing or being manipulated yet? Mercury is aligned with Yed Prior and Yed Posterior, the two stars of Constellation Ophiuchus that make up the hand that is holding onto the Northern Snake, Serpens Caput.

If you can feel the squeeze or the supporting hand of Ophiuchus, either physically or metaphorically in your life as you grapple with relationship issues, then you are responding to this energy shift that we are speaking of.

Centaur object Chiron has been aligned with Helix Nebula for quite some time. Due to the peculiarities of its orbit it will remain in alignment for some time to come.

The receipt and activation of your new 12-strand DNA is happening now. Chiron is a Master Teacher whose specialty is “bridging”. He’s a wiz at explaining complex concepts so that anyone can understand them. December 14 ~ Sun in Ophiuchus – Alpha zone

Whew! Did you make it back through the 13:13 Gate okay? After almost two weeks of Major League, Industrial Grade, Mega-intense nonstop Portal Party energy I almost don’t recognize the reflection I see in the mirror.

I’m not kidding. I’m talking to myself like there’s a party going on at my house and everybody’s wearing the same costume — my body! I can’t EVEN imagine what it’s going to be like this time next year!

This is what it looked like at MY house this morning …

The Sun is applying to its Ecliptic alignment with Alpha Ophiuchus, Rasalhague. When this alignment culminates the Sun will also be conjunct with Dwarf Planet (candidate) Quaoar.

I say “candidate” because as far as I’m aware the IAU has not made a final decision on Quaoar’s status.

Those of us who are sensitive to the stars of Constellation Ophiuchus will begin to feel the effects of this alignment today.

We’ll talk about the Sun and Alpha Ophiuchus tomorrow when the alignment peaks. Here’s a clue: a conjunction or alignment to Quaoar involves singing and dancing new gods/goddesses into existence!

Moon in Constellation Cancer

Yesterday the Moon entered Constellation Cancer. There was so much going on with the Portal energy that suggesting we all slam on the brakes, relax and seek the calm might have felt like I was giving out commands — at least to me it would have. So I thought I’d just let everyone wind down on their own, trusting that the Cancer Moon would bring all of our vibrations down naturally.

The Moon is still highly charged from the Eclipse and all the Portal activity. The combination of Moon and Cancer emphasizes Receptivity, Reflection and Introspection – the feminine side. Let that statement be your guide as to how to approach your day. There is a lot going on again, so some of us might feel like we’re being both pulled and pushed at the same time — a sort of “hurry up and wait” kind of energy mix.

After the Light Work we have done together over the past 3 months and all the good news we have received about the Light at the end of our 300,000-year dark tunnel, is it possible once Mercury resumes forward motion he can show us the best of what Constellation Scorpius now has to offer us as a Southern Serpent of Wisdom?

December 13 ~ Sun in Ophiuchus ~ another Portal Day

Question: 12-13 is a portal day?

Do you see a 13 there? Yup. It sure is. We’re in Ophiuchus Country now. We’re off the map. You may as well read it as “13:13″ if you catch my drift. We may be in the 12th month of the calendar year but we’re in the 13th day of the 13th Constellation.

The Moon at Delta Gemini ~ Wasat

Once we get the cobwebs and implants out of our thinking equipment let me tell you what we have in store for ourselves with the Moon in Gemini.

Magnetic Mind.

Don’t get too excited yet. We have a long way to go.

First we have to get rid of this wacky idea that the brain has two hemispheres and there isn’t anything we can do about it. It’s “a brain.” It also has a corpus callosum and a brain stem, not to mention the 3-layers at the center: the reptilian brain (fight or flight), the mammalian brain on top of that and all of it wrapped in the neo cortex. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

So stop telling your mind that there’s a male and a female side so we can end this silly War between the Sexes. And give up the idea that spiritual thinking is any different than any other kind of thinking. If it’s not ALL spiritual, folks, we are in REAL trouble on this planet.

Once we get our concepts ironed out, the Magnetic, Plastic, Changeable and Fecundating Moon will be completely magnetic in Gemini Mind and totally free to Create fantastic structures based on artistic flights of fantasy — we can restore the Garden practically overnight.

What does that leave left over for the domain of Sagittarius? How about contact with Galactic Central and long distance travel to anywhere in the Galaxy including through the black hole at its center and on to other parts of the Universe?

The 13:13 Gateway

There are two dynamics in play on our Zodiac Belt. The closer we get to being Fourth Dimensional, the sooner we’re going to be rubbing up against the second dynamic.

The first dynamic is what I will just call Paradigm 12. Paradigm 12 uses Sacred Geometry to preserve the Astrological Wheel of 12 compartments. This is so that the pairs, triads, and quadrants can continue as-is, or at least for now while we’re in transition.

Paradigm 13 is what some people are calling 13-Sign Astrology. Let’s forget for the moment that there are other constellations that the planets travel through on their journeys around the Sun, it’s true. I thought I saw somewhere that the magic number is 22 constellations that can take a planetary transit (Pluto’s orbit is so tweaked it can reach up over the top of Virgo and get into the stars of Coma Berenices).

But for now we’re focused on Constellation Ophiuchus for the redeeming and social values that have been shared in some detail on these two web sites of mine. No need to make things more complicated than they already are by dragging more constellations into the Zodiac Belt. The defining difference between Orion, Sextans, Cetus and Ophiuchus is that the parcel of celestial real estate carved out for Constellation Ophiuchus by the IAU in 1930 extends for quite a distance on both sides of the Ecliptic Plane.

The only other constellation that comes close is Cetus; Cetus comes right up to the Ecliptic Plane but does not touch nor cross it.

So that leave 13 constellations on the Zodiac Belt. Period.

The 13th Constellation, were it to be made into a sign, would break sacred geometry. We love that it brought Ether into the field of play. And some of our Light Work groups have certainly made excellent use of it to help the folks back home in our Co-Creative solutions to the problems being experienced on the metaphysical and spiritual planes surrounding the Earth sphere. However, as a long term solution, the loss of Sacred Geometry may create more problems than it solves. In fact, it might take us past a point of no return before we’re ready to be totally non-physical and have no capacity for what we think of as “rational” though whatsoever.

So here we are at the 12/13 Gateway 13:13. Do you want to ditch gravity for a while and not care about what time it is? Then enter and have a ball. When you get back, though, you may have to return through the 12:12 Gateway — if you can’t find the 13:13 Gate from the back side! Once you leave through the 13:13 Gateway you may need to be able to find your way back without a map or coordinates since we’ll be leaving the safety and security of the world of Sacred Geometry forms. It’s not overtly dangerous. We’re just still trying to figure it out ourselves. It’s tricky.

Today is the third and last day of the 3-day portal period, December 11, 12 and 13. At the Time Meridian that separates midnight UTC December 12 from 00:00 December 13, the Moon will be at Delta Gemini, “Wasat”, the Gem Portal of the Twin Vortex System.

This alignment framed the 2011 3-day portal period as follows:

• Midnight UTC 12/11-12 Venus at the center of the Sagittarius end of the Twin Vortex System (43Sgr)
• Noon UTC 12/12 Moon in Constellation Orion aligned with Alpha Orion and Alpha Ursa Minor (Betelgeuse and Polaris)
• Midnight UTC 12/12-13 Moon at the center of the Gemini end of the Twin Vortex System (Delta Gemini – Wasat)

The key code we have been given is the number 12. This frequency is being seeded into both Portals by the Divine Feminine in the form of Maiden-Mother Venus (classic Love) and the Mother-Grandmother Moon (Earth’s only satellite). If you add 11+12+13 the result is 36. Divide that by the 3 days and you come out with another 12.

We are being encouraged to think for ourselves. We have a New World to build and a lot of the New World will need to be built from scratch as systems fall down around the ears of those who built them knowing it was a House of Cards they were constructing. The Twin Vortex System is one of many grid constructs that have been built to assist in harnessing the star power that is the emulsion of Timelessness we all live in as we take a ride through the Universe on our open-air Spaceship Earth. Enjoy the ride — see if the air clears around you and you begin to get more psychic throughput to the spiritual and celestial dimensions where the dreams and visions are bright and do-able, and where nobody tells you no, there’s a law against that.

December 12 ~ Sun in Ophiuchus 12:12 Portal Day

• Lunar alignments with Rosette Nebula (Const. Monoceros) and Delta Gemini

We have been celebrating 12:12 as a portal day based on the numeric doublet value for a long time. Today the 12:12 portal day takes on new meaning as the portals at both ends of the Twin Vortex System are attuned to the vibrations of the Divine Feminine via 2 planetary alignments culminating within 24 hours of each other.

How important are the Stars in the sky?

Ophiuchus has a vested interest in this question. The Constellation has surfaced in Mass Consciousness as of January 13, 2011 and just like Invisible Ink, it seemed to come out of nowhere to simply appear on the page – right between the signs of the Spiritual Man Sagittarius and the Scorpion of Death.

Odd placement to be just a coincidence.

The Twin Vortex System is a construct co-created in Love with the Light of celestial and terrestrial grid alignments confirmed and validated by crop circle diagrams in 2002. For now I’ll simply share the details of the impending planetary portal alignments and you can decide later if you have had an experience of the vortex system. Not everyone is going to need to experience it. It’s simply designed to bring mental clarity and enhance one’s ability to make direct contact with spiritual guidance. Some will need this more than others, especially those just awakening.

Twin vortex system & Sagittarius, higher mind

By 12:00 High Noon yesterday (UTC) Venus had reached the centerpoint of the celestial portal at the Sagittarius end of the Twin Vortex System, marked by a tiny star 43Sgr.

Sagittarius is associated with the Spiritual side of man and the Higher Mind. Sagittarius is also the constellation that houses the Great Central Sun of the Milky Way Galaxy.

Sagittarius is a “fire sign” and hence it is elementally masculine or positive. Hence the alignment of Venus at this portal balances the energy here.

Of specific relevance to Ophiuchus, Venus also connects this portal with the highest planetary Love vibration represented in the Solar System, the Rose & the Heart. Venus is the home of the Kumara, the returning Serpents of Wisdom. See Mark Amaru Pinkham’s book The Return of the Serpents of Wisdom for clarification on this subject.

The metal and minerals to work with today if you want to bridge the earth and sky vibrations and connect with this portal in its balanced state are copper, rose quartz, pink or watermelon tourmaline, and pink kunzite, the Heart Chakra Trinity.

Next, Selene the Moon, after leaving an alignment with Crab Nebula gamma ray object some hours earlier, cut across the Orion “panhandle” area in perfect Ecliptic alignment with Alpha Orion, Betelgeuse at the same time Venus was aligned with the 43Sgr Portal of the Twin Vortex System, 12:00 Noon yesterday UTC.

This Ecliptic degree is shared by another powerful star further to the North: Alpha Ursa Minor, Polaris, the North Star, which is as you know more or less in alignment with the North Magnetic Pole of our Earth Planet.

Interesting timing. What are the odds? It is certainly not by random freak of celestial nature that such a powerful star alignment should be struck on the first 12:12 portal day following the 12/10/2011 ‘system interrupt’ Eclipse, what do you think?

The more Light of Love we can add to these celestial alignments as we see them, the better our chances of accelerating the processes Co-Created by the Light Tribes, so feel free to play along with me. Gemini & lower mind

Gemini is all about human thinking. It’s associated with Lower Mind. Right away we’re put on notice this Vortex system is likely to be of critical importance especially in times of transition as we are now.

The U.S.A.’s July 4 birthday makes it a real-sky Gemini. One more reason to give this vortex system all the Love & Light you can manage. This system has incredible potential to Co-Create.

Think about it!

Constellation Gemini is at the “other end” of the Galactic Plane. If we’re looking at Galactic Center when we’re looking into Sagittarius, then when we gaze at Gemini we’re looking toward the outer edge of the galaxy. The road sign we might see out our spaceship’s front windshield would read, “Now leaving Milky Way Galaxy. Have a nice day.”

Gemini is an “air sign” and as such is elementally associated with the masculine or positive energy. As with Venus at the Sagittarius portal, the feminine or negative Moon here balances the energy.

The metal and minerals to work with if you want to bridge earth and sky vibrations to connect in a balanced way with this portal are silver, moonstone and selenite.

At about 6:00 UTC today the Moon aligns with Rosette Nebula in Constellation Monoceros, the Unicorn, possibly my favorite of all the Nebulae. One look at her is all you need to get the idea why it’s a special favorite of mine.

But wait — she’s not just a pretty face. She is powerful to connect with the Mind and quick to have someone send you flowers — roses if they can afford it — for no special reason, except if you’re looking at your sky calendar you will see one of the planets or maybe Asteroid Asclepius is aligned with her and she knows you know it.

When you know where your roses really came from: the power behind the Thought in the Mind of someone who loves you and can express it without a Holiday behind it — well then you know you’re Home. Love is all around us. Love is quick to Co-Create and Thought speeds the Creation on its way in perfect cosmic time.

The Delta Gem alignment

This blows my mind. At Midnight tonight (12:00 AM UTC but technically in military time it’s 00:00), the Moon will be precisely in alignment with Delta Gemini, the other little star that marks the Gemini portal of the Twin Vortex System.

Have you been counting the 12′s?

Delta Gemini’s name is Wasat and it means “the middle”. Wasat is not in the middle of Constellation Gemini but it’s in the middle of the lap of Pollux, one of the Gemini Twins.

System changes – taking care of business

If this is the age of Stargates, and if Information (Light) and Knowledge are returning then at least some of us ought to learn something about Stars and energy fields, don’t you think?

During the Eclipse Mercury was Rx in Scorpius aligned with the serpent-holding hand of Ophiuchus. As you may recall from the 12/10/2011 Oph Scope, Mercury Rx advised that all of our systems and tools should be reviewed and checked.

The whole world as we know it has been designed and built by or under the direct influence of the Controllers who are on their way out. We need to perform an “Operation Clean Sweep” of our own.

Everything our world is based on, from values to methods, services and goods, needs to be gone through with a fine tooth comb and a lot of it just plain trashed  – especially the systems and procedures that involve anything having to do with how we make decisions — what to think, whom to trust and why. The Twin Vortex System with its portals in Sagittarius and Gemini promotes Spirituality (Sagittarius), Learning (Gemini keyword) HOW to think as opposed to WHAT to think.

I’m not here to target Astrology. But it’s a system tool I can relate to in this case because I work with it. So I’m going to talk about it for a minute. And please don’t get offended.

Astrology was the first metaphysical subject I set out to master when I first set foot on my spiritual path in 1970. I loved it. But then in 1987 after Harmonic Convergence I discovered a 13th constellation standing on the Zodiac Belt and it shocked me and turned my world upside down.

Having been born with the Science Ray as my Soul Path ray (the Soul Rays are calculated based on Time of birth not your Astrology sign), the Ray was overpowering. It was in the process of exploring the back roads that I found a number of authoritative works (for example H.P. Blavatsky, Alice Bailey & Djwhal Khul) that encouraged the use of Individual Mind to explore and pioneer the future direction of Astrology. By the time I discovered I was not such a renegade after all but that I was an explorer and developer, I passed the point of no return.

If what we’re being told by the Pleiadeans is true (see 12/10/2011 Total Lunar Eclipse ~ Astronomology View for details) then the Astrology thought form was designed in the dark and mechanisms are seeded into it to keep the Mind confused on some issues. And what I mean precisely is that at the time we designed it, we didn’t know what we didn’t know because (according to the story we are told) first we were conquered, then our higher functions were disconnected and finally we were left in the dark. After a while we were simply born into darkness aeon after aeon and have lived for hundreds of thousands of years in the darkness — until now.

To stay in the dark is wrong, though, now that somebody has flipped on the Light switch. So all I’m saying is, let’s just take a good faith critical look at these tools, okay?

The metaphysical mind divided against itself in a 3-way split

Here’s the first thing I noticed when I began taking a critical look around — our Zodiac Circle has Mind divided and opposed. Spiritual Man/Higher Mind Sagittarius is in opposition to Gemini Twins (duality)/Lower Mind. Growing up with Astrology and having been taught by “Masters” that this is the way it is, well, who wants to question the Masters?

I do. Why? Because in a world striving for Unity and driven mad by division and tyranny, this structure makes no sense unless the intention is to keep us divided within ourselves, holding our spirituality literally ‘over our heads’ and pitting one hemisphere of our brain against the other (a two-part brain? why?). If we don’t ask why, we don’t deserve to be called intelligent. If we accept blindly, we are accepting a “program” or an “implant.” It’s as simple as that.

Human relations – we’re at war with each other? why?

And while we’re at it, let’s look at our new age relationships, beginning with the Astrology-Astronomy partnership.

Astronomers may still have an attitude about us, but it’s mutual from what I can see. We are like Chiron the Centaur, two halves of the same animal — a Divine Partnership. We need to honor that Sacred Partnership, and the sooner the better. We’ll have to be the ones to start opening up simply because we’re the ones who can.

So starting out with the Astronomers who kindly pointed out to us that there is a 13th constellation on the Zodiac Belt, what can we do to work in partnership with this Information=Light out of Love=Co-Creation?

The stars that twinkle in the firmament of the Heavens – the stars that populate the physically perceivable Infinite Universe – are the homes we came from and the homes of our ancient ancestors who speak to us through their living light connect-the-dots pictures. These features send us direct-access Light that we can take in through our physical human Eyes that act as the portals to our Human-Angel Souls. Resistance only blocks us from standing in the Sunlight of the Spirit.

As Morpheus says, “Some things never change. And some things do.”

My vote is for moving forward by going back to the Stars in the Sky – what do you say? Who wants to talk about their ideas for working Ophiuchus into Astrology and maybe beginning to host Garden Star Parties? Wouldn’t the star-folk back home love it?

We are still basking in the afterglow of the December 10th Eclipse. If you did not feel the calm and the certainty or the excitement and the surge, do not be concerned. Asteroid Merlin is still traveling with the Ophiuchus Sun. Today a portal will be opening that unscrambles the messages delivered to us through the interactive channel in our Minds that manages Sagittarius (Higher Mind) and Gemini (Lower Mind).

The Twin Vortex System is a construct being put in place to bring Mind back into Unity Consciousness. Moon aligns with M1 Crab Nebula in Constellation Taurus

The Crab Nebula is a gamma ray object. After the Eclipsed Moon transits Crab Nebula today it will be “dragging gamma” behind it. This will give all of the gates and gateways in our body as defined by our personal and planetary Chakra Systems a big cosmic rush of energy.

Drink more water than usual. For those of you who spin and get head rushes when you stand up too soon, be extra careful or you will black out. Blacking out in itself isn’t bad, you can get a lot done while you’re unconscious – but you want to make sure you have a soft place for your body to fall down on or you may get bruised or cut.

For those of you on the front lines or supporting the front lines of Occupy Wall Street this energy is going to give you a BIG push so this is a great time to get out there, spread the message and recruit bodies. Today’s Oph ‘Scope turned into something like Asclepius’s famous Serpent of Epidaurus. It is gigantic and had a mind of its own as it writhed in my hands, reaching for the wisdom of the stars and the Light of the Northern Crown. I can’t seem to remember the name of the Northern Crown constellation at the moment. All that wants to come out is Corona Australis, the Southern Crown, so this idea of a gigantic serpent of words speaking in no uncertain terms about the new 12-Strand DNA and our Galactic Presence was probably as much a product of the influence of Scorpius the Southern Snake since that’s where Mercury Rx is today.

I will be double-posting the Eclipse Edition of the December 10th Oph ‘Scope so its final form will appear on both Startistics and Astronomologer. But while I polish it, for now it is being housed on Astronomologer. Here it is.

December 9 ~ Sun at the Midpoint of Constellation Ophiuchus

The Sun today reaches the midpoint of Constellation Ophiuchus. And look what I found on the Zodiac Belt just above the Sun and conjunct and parallel with it.

IC4634’s Glowing Waves

This striking Hubble image of the planetary nebula IC 4634 reveals two shining, S-shaped ejections from a dying star. This star, awash in glowing material at the centre of the picture, bloated as it aged and launched its outer layers off into space. The star’s very hot, exposed core has since beamed intense ultraviolet radiation at these lost shells of gas, making them glow in rich colours.

This process has been far from orderly or calm, however, as revealed by the distinct, separate waves of thrown-off gases. One is more distant and therefore was spewed first, followed by a more recently ejected tide of matter that formed the tighter S-shape. The result is remarkably symmetric on each side of the central star.

The NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope’s Wide Field Planetary Camera 2 (WFPC2) captured this image of IC 4634, which is found more than about 7500 light-years away in the constellation of Ophiuchus (the Serpent Holder). IC 4634 and other objects like it are known as planetary nebulae due to their appearance through early telescopes as rounded, faintly luminous discs similar to the distant planets Uranus and Neptune. The picture was created from images through five different filters (F487N, F502N, F574M, F656N and F658N) that captured light emitted by different elements in the gaseous features. The total aggregate exposure time was 4000 seconds and the field of view is just 29 arcseconds across.

Is it a coincidence that this object features a pair of “S” shaped “waves” of gaseous matter? Is it a coincidence that this celestial object is at the centerpoint of the Constellation?

Well, it may be a coincidence that it’s at the centerpoint because over time Precession of the Equinoxes will overtake it. But that wouldn’t explain the convenience of IC 4634 with its twin “S” waves marking the centerpoint now while we are just becoming aware of the constellation and the messages and gifts it brings with it.

And it wouldn’t be a coincidence in the context of earlier information transmitted concerning the body of the constellation being the central pillar of light for the New Planetary Caduceus. In that context the twin serpent-shaped “S” waves on either side of the “planetary nebula” posited in the center of the constellation makes perfect sense.

Do celestial objects like planetary nebula and open clusters and remote galaxies transfer energy to us like the stars do?

How much influence over your health and happiness does the fragrance of a rose or a single thought have?

If we should become conscious of some subtle thought or gift of healing today, it may be that this beautiful glowing celestial object with its twin snake-shaped curves has played a role in generating our experience as its causative agent.

Asteroid Merlin precedes the Ophiuchus Sun

In Astrology when Mercury precedes the Sun it’s a sign of illumined truth coming at us in imitation of the 9th Tarot Key “The Hermit” — a hooded Wisdom Carrier holding the lantern for us. Here Merlin takes over for Mercury who is retrograde in Constellation Scorpius to revisit the hand of the Serpent Holder that is grasping the head-end of the Serpent of Wisdom as it reaches upward toward Corona Borealis, the Northern Crown.

Seek ever after the Light of Wisdom. No matter what is on your plate, there is an illumined truth at the core of all issues that will help you manage your load.

Merlin suggests that the illumined truth we are looking for is otherworldly and magical and that thinking WAY outside the box will call our greatest good to us now. Like the rays of light that shine through the glass panes of the lantern, so must our minds reach for new solutions to old problems.

If we keep trying to solve our nagging old problems using the same tired old set of options for dealing with them, all we are going to get is another round of having to go through it all again because our defense mechanisms don’t represent real solutions. We haven’t yet learned how to insert a course correction at the point of error, so we end up stuck in a cycle of trial-and-error where nothing we try works.

Waxing Gibbous Taurus Moon at the Pleiades

In the morning (just after midnight UTC) the Moon in Taurus will be transiting The Pleiades. This is the day before the Full Moon. We have worked hard on our latest manifestation. It’s time to release control and take pleasure in the happy vision of its completion.

Waxing Gibbous Taurus Moon at Alpha Taurus

In the late afternoon and evening hours the Moon will be aligning with Alpha Taurus, Aldebaran, the Eye of the Bull. If we have played our cards right (no luck needed) our skill and dedication to manifestation principles will show us the practicality of our methods and produce physical plane evidence or the manifestation itself. In Taurus the frequencies favor physical plane manifestations that support home and hearth, jobs and money. If the seeds you sowed are sound, looks for signs of your manifestation blossoming.

Tomorrow is the Total Lunar Eclipse. The Earth Mother will come between the Sun and Moon, interrupting the direct current of Solar-Lunar Power. Love is a Battlefield (Sun at Helkath in Constellation Ophiuchus)

As the planets make their rounds of the Ecliptic Plane (aka the Zodiac Belt) they align with the stars in a number of different ways. There are three primary coordinate sets we can use to plot alignments:

• Ecliptic Longitude and Latitude – coordinates are relative to the Earth’s orbit around the Sun
• Equatorial coordinates (Right Ascension and Declination) are relative to the Earth’s Equator
• Galactic Longitude and Latitude – coordinates are relative to the center of the Milky Way Galaxy

Think of the coordinate sets like a system of telephone or electrical lines and you’ll get a good enough picture of how the alignments hold and relay star power to us.

Today the Sun perfects its second alignment to Kappa Ophiuchus, this time on Equatorial coordinates. So if you noticed that you got a boost of Ophiuchus star power on December 4, then you can expect a similar effect today. The theory is that the coordinates relative to the Equator have a more pronounced effect in the Third Dimensional Earth Plane.

The Sun-Helkath alignment gives us an Ophiuchus theme for the day. In December 4th’s Oph ‘Scope we learned the existing meaning of Helkath is “battlefield.” Asteroid Merlin continues to travel close to the Sun so no telling what kind of Ophiuchus Magic is possible on the battlefield today whether your battleground is personal, social or planetary health.

The Waxing Gibbous Moon in Aries enters Taurus

Are you a woman living in fear of your own power? Are you a man living disoriented in a world where the rules of dating and mating have you perplexed and intimidated?

At around 8:00 UTC the Moon crosses an alignment with Beta Perseus (Algol), a star associated with the head of the Gorgon Medusa. We’ve discussed this star and Greek myth in a previous Oph ‘Scope so I won’t repeat it here.

The gist of it is that a number of myths are mystery teachings about goddesses whose power and functions were hidden and secreted away during the patriarchal ascension. We are living in a time when we need to connect with the ancient wisdom, demystify the old myths, and develop a sense of respect for the mystery teachings. Understanding the myths will help us dispel some of the fears that haunt us.

In the late afternoon the Moon will move into Constellation Taurus where it is very much at home. Use the Moon-in-Taurus period to work on manifestations that will enrich your home life, your job situation and your personal finances.

Venus in Sagittarius aligns with Alpha Lyra, Vega

Lyra is another constellation that a number of our government installations in the U.S.A. are aligned to. The Lyran star civilization is said to be quite powerful and rumor has it it is not a culture to be trifled with. I’ve always connected the famous Ring Nebula with J.R.R. Tolkien’s “Ring of Power.” Venus will align with the Ring Nebula on 12/12/11 — another portal date.

Today Venus aligns with Lyra’s Alpha star, Vega on Ecliptic coordinates. Vega is a member of the famous asterism “Summer Triangle” made up of

• Alpha Aquila the Eagle (Altair – the Eye of the Eagle),
• Alpha Cygnus the Swan (Deneb), and
• Alpha Lyra the Lyre or believe it or not the Swooping Vulture (Vega)

Viewed through the “13th Sign” lens interpreting this alignment begins with the idea that not only is Venus the home of Ascended Masters but She is the source of the Kumara, or the Returning Serpents of Wisdom. Connect these ideas together and it should become intuitively obvious today’s Venus-Vega alignment is heralding either a transmission of some sort having to do with the current status here or it’s initiating a power download.

Discovery of Dependent Planet in Earthlike Habitable Zone

On December 5, 2011, the scientific community announced that a possible Earth-like world (Kepler-22b) had been discovered orbiting in the star’s habitable zone. This was significant in that it was the first relatively Earth-sized extrasolar planet discovered to be orbiting unequivocally within a star’s habitable zone, and certainly extant.

Kepler 22 (aka Kepler-22a) is a G-type star, approximately 600 light years from Earth that holds within it’s solar system the first planet identified to be within an Earth-like habitable zone. Kepler 22 is slightly smaller and cooler than the Sun. It is located between the constellations Cygnus and Lyra at Right Ascension 19h 16m 52.2sec and Declination +47deg 53min 4.2sec.

December 7 ~ Sun at the Heart of Ophiuchus

Empowering the God/dess Within

Last month when the Sun was in Libra the body language of the Full Moon in Aries Initialized our 11/11/11 celebrations with a Harmonizing Tone: I AM GOD/GODDESS IN BALANCE.

Planetary and asteroid alignments that day strongly suggested the goddess energies we most need to work with right now are those of Pallas-Athena and Hygiea. Today’s waxing gibbous Moon phase in Aries promotes the expansion of that light.

We carry in the back of our Minds the knowledge that we are greater than we are showing others we are. Consciously we express the doubt and fear that have stuck to us from listening to other people’s uninformed opinions.

All too often we turn our backs on our power. Every time we listen to someone who is not on our same path tell us how we ought to be living our lives and let them influence our decisions we give that person license to stifle us, diminish our powers and determine our course in life.

Early in the day (which technically begins at midnight UTC) the Moon will cross a sequence of two significant alignments in Aries: one with Beta Aries (Sheratan) and next with Alpha Aries (Hamal). The Romans called Aries “the Star of Minerva.” Minerva was their version of Pallas-Athena.

Sun at the Heart of Ophiuchus

It takes the Sun approximately 18 days to transit Constellation Ophiuchus. If we break that down into three parts (or “decans”)  of 6 days each (even though technically a decan is division by ten) that turns the middle 6 days into  ”the Heart of Ophiuchus”.

The central decan is the Heart of Ophiuchus. It is also the central channel of the body of the Constellation when viewed as part of the New Planetary Caduceus.

Beginning today we experience the mediating frequencies being emitted by the stars of Constellation Ophiuchus, boosted and re-transmitted to us by our Solar Star. It should feel good — very good.

Look for signs of more folks beginning to come from the Heart in their dealings with people and situations. Quaoar aligns with Alpha Ophiuchus

Quaoar is named after a Tvonga (Native North American) creator deity who brought new gods into existence through song and dance.

Quaoar’s alignment with Alpha Ophiuchus has been culminating for quite a few days now. Quaoar is a trans-Neptunian dwarf planet; hence his orbit of the Sun takes even longer than Pluto’s does. Quaoar will be hanging out here in alignment with Alpha Ophiuchus until early 2013. This will give your Ophiuchus brothers and sisters plenty of time to wake up and report in.

During the time Quaoar has been approaching the “Head” star of the Serpent Holder, many of our awakened Ophiuchus natives have been learning all about themselves and experiencing themselves on a variety of levels.

And conversely, we have been learning about their traits and qualities too. Are you becoming aware of your Ophiuchus talents and behavioral tendencies? December 5 ~ Sun in Constellation Ophiuchus

The Ophiuchus Sun is giving me a break today — there are no key star alignments to report on.

The Sun is still combust with Mercury Rx as the day begins, but by the end of the day the distance between them will increase. So if the last day or so has been at all hectic or you’ve been feeling a little mental, Mercury and the Sun coming apart will give us all a breather.

Mercury is still retrograde, however, so continue to be mindful and make note of whether your Mercury Rx experience is any less stressful in Ophiuchus than it is in the other signs.

Moon & Jupiter activity in the Andromeda-Pisces sector

Today the Moon is waxing Gibbous in Constellation Pisces and will be transiting the Andromeda sector beginning with an alignment to Alpha Andromeda, Alpheratz in the very early morning hours (UTC).

Alpheratz often appears prominently on the sky charts of inventors and visionaries.

By the end of the day the Moon will align with the Great Andromeda Galaxy. Meanwhile, Jupiter Rx has slipped backwards across the boundary between Aries and Pisces for just long enough for those of us who are expanding our god/goddess consciousness to remember the most important lesson we learned from past experience that applies to where we are now.

The Lunar alignments in Andromeda combined with what’s happening in Constellation Ophiuchus creates the opening for anyone who believes in themselves to make a quantum leap in consciousness and come back to earth after the flash with profound insight as to something they can do to improve conditions on the planet. You can start small — no need to feel overwhelmed. If you’re interested, just raise your hand. If you’re really ready for it, you’ll be contacted.

The Andromedans are higher dimensional beings. Their support and work with Humanity as a rule tends to be lower key than that of the more visible star cultures who are represented here. Lately they have been encouraging us to begin replacing the elitist, top-down, pyramid structure of government and leadership with a holographic form. If you’re having trouble visualizing what this means or what it might look like you’re not alone. When we get a little farther along it will make more sense. We’re probably a long way from making that quantum leap as a species. But if we could begin to try, the effort alone would mark a significant evolutionary step forward.

Magic in the Mayan Year of the White Wizard

For those who dream of the return of the Mists of Avalon and the virtuous King of Camelot, there is magic in the air today. There is a particular set of asteroids in strategic locations, as though they are space ships taking up positions that speak, and performing their own version of something that is practically a lost art in the U.S.A. — sky writing.

To me, reading the body language of planetary and asteroid placements is like reading a book. Let me share the meaning of the placements whose narrative today paints a surreal picture that may leave us rubbing our eyes. Could this really be happening? Only Merlin knows …

• Merlin in Ophiuchus. Merlin is one more in a timeless line of super-personalities and super-beings that shepherds the Earth, working in the New Age through Constellation Ophiuchus. Merlin is a returning Serpent of Wisdom. His list of talents parallels Mercury, Hermes, Thoth, and a side of Jesus that not everyone is conscious of–especially church folk. Jesus was in fact a great Magus, turning water into wine, walking on water and raising and returning from the dead are just a few special effects that He showed us so we would remember. And what he taught was, “What I have done, you can do too.”

• Morgan in Sagittarius. Morgan, the magical sister of Merlin, is as much at home in Sagittarius as Artemis, sister of God of Light Apollo and the Goddess of Archery and the Nature Kingdoms is. Morgan works in partnership with Merlin today from the degree of the Ecliptic Plane that is aligned with Nu Ophiuchus, the hand of Ophiuchus that is holding the tail end of the giant Northern Snake. You have perhaps heard the phrase “the tail that wags the dog” used to refer to wives who know how to manage a household. Well, I am here to pass on this tip to you: the tail of Ophiuchus’s Northern Snake is the power end of that Serpent.

• Arthur in Capricornus. If I were telling a story about mythical ancient Greece, Constellation Capricornus would be Mount Olympus. Correspondingly, King Arthur’s asteroid is right where it should be if Arthur of Camelot has made his quest the restoration of good governance to the planet. Capricornus is the zodiac sign that is associated with big business, government, and the world stage. Asteroid Arthur is also making alignments to a number of fixed stars that add details to his part of today’s story. Arthur’s alignment with the Alpha and Beta stars of the Dolphin constellation signals to us that wherever on the planet he is, there is water close by and it is Mists-of-Avalon magical.

• Guinevere in Virgo - the Lady is in Gaia’s Garden at the sweet spot of the 11:11:11 Rose Stargate’s Zodiac portal – Ecliptic Longitude degree 213. Lady Guinevere’s asteroid is also aligned with the Purple Rose of Virgo Galaxy.

Today is a magical day, especially for anyone who has worked with Avalon and who harbors the dream that the values of that mystical kingdom with its virtuous King of Camelot whom everybody in the Kingdom loved – and the Knights of the Round Table – can somehow be revived — Merlin says yes! This virtuous kingdom can be restored!

• Calling all Knights of the Round Table. Are you a Knight of the Realm? Somebody reading this Oph ‘Scope is a Knight of the Round Table in search of a wake-up call.  If you fit this description, your disguise may be fooling your friends but the Universe definitely knows who you are. Wake up!

• The Moon at midnight (UTC) will be conjunct and parallel with Asteroid Gawain. Parallels are the “breath of life.”  Gawain and his fellow Knights are about to be awakened and reincarnated as adults. That means – if it’s you – you are going through a transition right now and when you regain higher consciousness, you will remember who you are and why you are here.
• Sir Galahad and Sir Lancelot are on the front lines of Occupy Wall Street. The Galahad Asteroid today is exactly aligned with Alpha Taurus, Aldebaran, the Eye of the Bull. Aldebaran is 180° from (in opposition to) Alpha Scorpius, Antares. As the Sun has been transiting Antares for a few days we can see it has also been in opposition to the Sir Galahad Asteroid. Lancelot’s Asteroid is retrograde, also in constellation Taurus and appears to be returning home after a tour of the Middle East (Asteroid aligned with the stars of Orion’s Belt which are, in turn, aligned with the Great Pyramids in Giza).

If you resonate with Camelot and Avalon and you want to help bring the magical kingdom back, find others who are also working with it and join your networks together. To bring Camelot and Avalon closer to the Earth Plane, make a physical plane demonstration of some sort. Join a group – stir up the action in the Avalonic group you’re already a part of.

Sun aligned with Kappa Ophiuchus

Kappa Ophiuchus is the westernmost base angle star at the triangular top of the constellation. The two base angle stars are are the serpent holder’s shoulders.

Notwithstanding the association of the constellation with the divine healer and wisdom carrier, the Kappa star (Helkath) is said to mean “battlefield.”  The name and meaning of this star is something I just recently found on the Internet. I haven’t had the time to do deeper checking to see where it comes from. Anne Wright’s Constellations of Words site doesn’t have this star listed and I know she has been very thorough in her research. She’s been at her project longer than I’ve been at mine so until I get to the bottom of where this name comes from I’m taking it with a grain of salt.

That having been said, Constellation Ophiuchus has certainly been an ideological battleground, there is no denying that fact. So the star has been named well.

Today’s alignment with Helkath marks the first day I became aware of the star’s name. So we can see this star has exercised its voice with an exceptional sense of cosmic timing as the New Planetary Caduceus lights itself up while we watch.

Mercury Rx in Ophiuchus – how is it going for you?

It should have become apparent to readers by now that some elements surrounding the behavior and metaphysics of the constellations in this sector of the Celestial Sphere are becoming known to us in a now-time dynamic manner. And you are a part of the process.

The ultimate properties of the incoming Ophiuchus energy are still very much in flux — like curative agents being mixed in a laboratory need to be tailored to the ever-changing needs of the body when the attacking virus keeps morphing to avoid being neutralized. Witness, for example, the variable nature of the Sun’s activity and the plasma releases being generated by our Solar Star. As of the end of the last Solar Cycle solar physicists were predicting the next solar cycle (the one we’re in now) could be catastrophic. But Solar Cycle 24 was a couple of years late in arriving and so far has been kind of a dud. So the bottom line here is that the Sun, for all we think we have learned about it, is a living sentient being too with a mind all its own and as such it is relatively unpredictable.

Today Mercury gives us another opportunity to experience how it will interact in Constellation Ophiuchus.

Since the week of November 24 we have been walking through our days under the energetic influence of Mercury retrograde. So how has that gone for you so far?

So far for me it has gone without any incidents that could be characterized as the kind of ‘abnormal’ or ‘surprising’ events that normally characterize Mercury retrograde.

Now, is this perhaps a product of Ophiuchus awareness and immersing myself in Ophiuchus consciousness — stepping into the new world Constellation Ophiuchus is here to facilitate? Good question! I won’t know until I compare notes with my light work groups, my Facebook Friends and my friends and relatives who are not awake and aware. I will keep you posted.

Mercury Rx combust with Ophiuchus Sun

Remember that the Sun is just separating from alignment with a powerful portal and Alpha-Omega energy source. A lot of power has been beamed down onto the planet. In light of Mercury Rx combined with the Mercury-Sun Combust, be ready for anything. The word LOKI comes to mind.

• The Gate of Loki Crystal

Retrograde cycles are normal and natural. Those of us who are mindful become accustomed to them. The Mercury-Sun combust (“too close” to each other) is another relationship dynamic that creates “mental” problems and increases the risk of mistake and error in judgment. Both conditions create a sort of “short circuit” effect, each in its own distinctive way.

Astrology tells us that in a Mercury retrograde period we are likely to have experiences we wouldn’t or shouldn’t under normal circumstances. Conversely it means we may take action on thoughts we wouldn’t act on without a hasty impulse to push us over the line. It’s a time when we typically need to hold off on taking action until a later time when the magnetic frequencies stop interfering with our normal thought processes. We’re told to use these periods to double-check our work and review for errors.

In the combust aspect, we’re too close to the Light and are blinded by it. The Titanic sank under a Mercury-combust-Sun aspect. My guess is that poor decisions were made during a Mercury Rx state of mind and when it came time for the maiden voyage to get under way, everyone was too delirious and caught up in the glory to think realistically. The designers thought they had built a boat that even God couldn’t sink and everybody else believed the builders’ egotistical hype so they didn’t carry with them but a few token life boats. Uh oh!

It is a Big Solar Boat that is coming in this month. And everybody who has signed on for this leg of the journey needs to be on watch right now. For some of you who have always known you were different, even among your fellows on the New Age Path, those who have been waiting for empowerment, and those who have been working hard and so selflessly, Your ship has come in. The Waxing Gibbous Moon in Pisces

The increased light of the waxing gibbous moon in Pisces is urging us all to push through our own self-limitations. Let go of the old voices that have been droned into your head telling you that you can’t do any better or that you aren’t enough.

You are!

Your past is your greatest asset. Use it proudly. The worst experiences you had as a human being have taught you why you don’t want to live in that mind set anymore. December 3 ~ Sun in Ophiuchus – Alpha/Omega Alignment

Today is the third Portal Day in a row. Now that you have “tanked up” on tips and information, it’s time to put on your safety gear and surrender to the sound and light frequencies of the Ophidian Current — let it carry you where it will.

Remember, the element we’re all dealing with now is the 5th element Ether. So if things don’t work out the way you expect, then don’t feel like the Lone Ranger. I still haven’t figured it out.

And I suppose that’s the cosmic safety feature that is going to spell the difference between the energy being used with right thinking and action and its being manipulated for a darker purpose.

Ether is the energy of the mother & father before the separation into God-Goddess, before duality. Where the Plan for this Planet and Humanity will be facilitated, the energy will undulate and flow along the lines of the desired manifestation. Otherwise the manifestation may be swallowed by one of the Serpents of Wisdom.

AURORA EXPLOSION: Saturday night on the border between Russia and Norway, the sky suddenly erupted in color. “It was like an aurora explosion,” says Sebastian Voltmer of Kirkenes, Norway. “I was surprised to see a brightening snake forming an ‘S’ – like the first letter of my name, that appeared at 22.48 pm UT.”

During the outburst, Jupiter was surrounded by streamers of green light. “A very beautiful event!” says Voltmer.

Auroras like these have been flickering and surging around the Arctic Circle for days. The source of the displays is a minor solar wind stream, which has been gently buffeting Earth’s magnetic field since the month began. Is it my over-active imagination or does this gently curling “S” shaped aurora resemble the shape of the Southern Serpent of Light Wisdom? The color (green for healing) also seems appropriate.

A word about alignments & orbs of alignment

The alignment between the Sun and the Scorpio-Ophiuchus Alpha/Omega point is still good and strong today. The Sun is “separating” from the alignment but still within the “tight” orb I prefer to work with (one degree of Ecliptic Longitude or 4 minutes of Right Ascension). I notice other practitioners who use constellation energy allow more wiggle room but I like the alignments tight.

The wider orb is probably smarter because the numbers put out by the planetarium programs are relative to not only the accuracy of the Ephemeris that runs the program but also by the optical illusions created by the undulations of the Fabric of Space. The Fabric of Space is not only apparently curved but bends, dips and wafts according to the gravitational fields of the bodies moving in and around in Space. This is all according to what the scientists tell us. This may also be relative too.

There are so many scientific concepts falling away like booster rockets as scientists replace them with metaphysical concepts (except they don’t call ‘string theory’ metaphysics but they do of course take credit for their discoveries because they haven’t read the same concepts described already in the works of the ancients that we’ve been raised on). We’ll just be glad we’re all getting on the same page, yes? Yes!

That’s why your Intuition will serve you best. Your body’s electro-magnetic system will draw you into the moment that speaks to your body and addresses the issue you’re working with.

The energy of “applying to” an alignment is a preparatory state. The energy of culminating is like “x marks the spot”. And the energy of “separating from” an alignment gives you the burst of ‘processing’ energy that provides the first sensory clue as to what the effects are going to be — or at least it will show you symptoms (Ascension-itis) or signs if you can read them (like numbers running for example).

Waxing Gibbous Pisces Moon

Yesterday the First Quarter Moon Phase marked the day we needed to make a physical plane demonstration sufficient to put our new project’s best foot forward in the public sector.

Today is the day we make sure our First Quarter Moon goal was accomplished by giving our demonstration another push to make sure it hit the mark. Here’s a tip on the kind of “push” energy that will work best — use the entry of the Moon into Constellation Pisces.

You are free to use any level of Pisces energy that is resident in the domain including lessons of the past whether you learned them successfully or not. If  the lesson we learned was where our techniques are weak this will give us an opportunity to finally learn that lesson by taking the other fork in the road this time, the one we consistently avoided in the past.

The First Quarter Moon in Aquarius

Today is the day to show the Universe and the World that you have faith in yourself and the manifestation you’ve been working on for so long. Do not hesitate to take a demonstrative step with it today. And make it a big step — the Sun is in Ophiuchus at one of the two most significant power points.

The Moon in Aquarius suggests the appropriate place to come out with it and take it to the next level is somehow in the public eye or at least in some sort of social setting where those who operate on higher planes than we do can give it their blessing and energetic support.

Mercury Rx in the middle of Constellation Ophiuchus is like saying you can’t put a foot down wrong or make a mistake from which recovery is impossible. In fact, if there is a project you thought had died on the vine, think again. You can resurrect it.

Asteroid Hygiea is still at the Galactic Equator and aligned with NGC6543 Cat’s Eye Nebula in Constellation Draco. If you need heavy duty help or advice, you know where to get it–from the serpent handler most people overlook because she’s a woman quietly attending the male figure who has captured the spotlight. You know what they say. Behind every good man is a woman pushing hard.

Sun in Ophiuchus at Alpha Scorpius/Omega Ophiuchus

The Sun today is at what is certainly the single most occultly powerful degree of the Zodiac Belt. It will take a long time for the rest of metaphysical humanity to catch on to this. So use this time to learn as much as you can about it and make good and right use of it.

If you feel called to work with this energy and are not already intimate with the Constellation, its history, organic connections to healing modalities, wisdom lineages, and corresponding power places on the body of the Earth, then make a project out of doing so.

December 1 ~ Ophiuchus Sun aligned with Alpha Scorpius

• Waxing Crescent Moon aligns with Beta and Alpha Aquarius

Imagine constellations Capricornus and Aquarius looking like interlocking puzzle pieces. As the day begins (UTC) the Moon that was in Capricornus for some time on the 29th and later crossed into Aquarius yesterday has just crossed again into Constellation Capricornus where it will shortly align with Beta Aquarius, Sadalsuud.

At the very end of the day the Moon will cross into Aquarius again, align with Alpha Aquarius, Sadalmelik, and stay in Aquarius until it gets to Pisces.

Today the Moon is in its last day of Waxing Crescent phase; tomorrow is the First Quarter Moon. So to move us along toward successfully completing the project or manifestation goal we picked as our Lunar Cycle Theme, there should be an event or situation arising to challenge us. How we handle the situation that arises will determine the nature of the change we will make or that needs to be made tomorrow on the First Quarter Moon.

If the event or situation crops up in the first part of the day, the skills you will need to employ are to be found in your business & professions toolkit. If later in the day, it is your social skills and your altruistic fiber that will be tested.

That is not to say you won’t be tested in both arenas!

Sun at Antares

Yesterday by the end of the night the Sun had moved into Constellation Ophiuchus to take its first alignment with Antares, Alpha Scorpius. This alignment culminates on Equatorial coordinates (hours, minutes and seconds of Right Ascension) and opens the door on an alignment zone that later perfects itself for a second time at the Ecliptic longitude location.

In times past this star was called the Heart of the Scorpion. Now that Ophiuchus has materialized on the Zodiac Belt and we are well on our way to fulfilling the Scorpion-Serpent-Eagle Alchemy we’re calling Antares the Heart of the Serpent. There are many articles on Startistics and Astronomologer that talk about this Celestial Alchemy project. I will omit to list them here. You can search the tags and categories if you are interested to learn more.

We have all day long to get a sense of Alpha Scorpius at its simple and most uncomplicated vibrational frequency before the influences of other stars join in the admixture.

What are the possibilities for experience here?

Well, for one thing, this part of the sky for generations has been tapped and utilized by metaphysical power users whose intentions were, from our perspective, dark. The general categories for use of the energy here included how to wrest your money away from you and keep you in mortal fear and terror so that you would be easy to control.

The new waves of incarnating spiritual souls, star seeds, masters and teacher-healers are trying to change all of that. The Scorpion-Serpent-Eagle Alchemy is one vehicle lobbying for positive change. So the concept we are espousing here having to do with the metamorphosis of the scorpion constellation into a serpent – as outlandish, impossible and silly as they may sound – is the Serpent Holder’s way of bringing healing and wisdom to transmute the currently unacceptable state of being.

Furthermore, we – you and I – haven’t had to do much of anything at all besides change our minds to be more in tune with the modifications that have already occurred. I’m talking about the Romans clipping off the Scorpion’s Giant Claws to make Libra, and the International Astronomical Union carving Ophiuchus out from the Scorpion’s body. All that is left of Scorpio now is a serpent-shaped spit of celestial real estate that history tells us has sometimes in ages past been associated with a serpent! So Scorpius is already predisposed to the serpentine forms of thought.

The trick to all of this is that it takes a certain “tipping point” weight of mass consciousness to legislate change on any planet where Free Will is the rule. So if you want your spiritual Free Will to overrule the Free Will of those whose plan it is to keep you suppressed and unhappy, then you should subscribe to this Alchemical process — and bring a friend or two with you.

Working with Ophidian Current energy

If you have been working with Ophiuchus and Serpent Energy (the Ophidian Current) for a while, today your healing and wisdom skills gain new heat and light qualities. Keep your eye on the Solar Activity report while the Sun transits Ophiuchus. We already know the impossible can, does, and has occurred during the Solar transits of Constellation Ophiuchus.

Now that Ophiuchus consciousness has expanded on the planet and you are awake and aware, expect the Sun to be delivering new solar codes from Ophiuchus and you can pick up your codes directly by getting a little sunshine every day that there is sunshine to be had.

The Solar Watcher Report on November 29 predicted some solar energy will reach us today as a result of sunspot and coronal hole activity between November 27 and 29.

The healing power of changing your mind – an exercise

Some people are quite sensitive to solar energy and often report feeling mood swings and irritability during periods of sunspot growth, in concert with solar plasma bursts, and as solar winds and geomagnetic storms are carrying the energy inside the Earth’s atmospheric layers (the Earth Mother’s Aura). Keeping track of solar activity can help you combat mood swings.

To save yourself from the chain reaction of self-deprecating thoughts and anti-social behavior when you start feeling wigged-out for no apparent reason, make it a habit to check the spaceweather report for the day. When you notice your head-case state coincides with a solar or geomagnetic storm and a spiking kp index, you will have introduced a healing thought at the point of error and corrected the problem. It’s like taking an aspirin for a headache. Once you hear yourself say “oh good! whew! it’s not me “ you should begin to feel better right away. This is the thought that will move us through our solar storm-induced “bad hair days” without hurting ourselves or anyone else.

For those of us on healing paths, absorbing the incoming solar energy safely will increase our healing powers and enrich our Kundalini energy.

To begin working with Ophiuchus energy we will need to become acquainted with the core concepts, some of which are hinted at in the post Sedona Adventure 11.11.11 ~ New Planetary Caduceus Activation on Astronomologer. These core concepts include the idea that the Ophidian Current is related to Usui Reiki energy and the Planetary Healer ‘Y’ Posture is a mechanism for channeling and grounding the energy on the planet.

Mercury Rx in Ophiuchus; Asteroid Hygiea aligned with Cat’s Eye Nebula

As if to offset the overpowering masculine association of the Sun in Ophiuchus, Asteroid Hygiea at the Galactic Equator emphasizes the Divine Feminine composition of Constellation Ophiuchus in the following respects.

Don’t be misled by Her size and stature: Hygiea is a major player in Astronomology circles. Remember, in Greek mythology Hygiea was Asclepius’s favorite daughter, assistant and serpent handler (a key concept as we are already well aware since the name Ophiuchus literally means “serpent holder or handler”).

• Even though Hygiea is technically traveling through the stars of Constellation Sagittarius, the interlocking puzzle pieces of the sky find her in a sector of the Zodiac Belt that is under the influence of Constellations Ophiuchus, Serpens, Hercules, and Draco the Zodiac Dragon.

• Hygiea’s coordinates put her in alignment with Cat’s Eye Nebula in Constellation Draco. This nebula virtually marks the North Zodiac Pole of our planet.The North & South magnetic poles of the planet are tilted on the planetary axis. This is what creates our seasons as the Earth orbits around the Sun. In contrast, the North & South Zodiac Poles run parallel with the Ecliptic Plane (the Zodiac Belt) and by extension the North and South Poles of the Sun. The North Zodiac Pole is virtually the top of the sky.

There has been a lot of emphasis lately on resurrecting the Divine Feminine and restoring Her to Her rightful co-equal place with the Divine Masculine. Today’s Month of Ophiuchus opening day is making a subtle but definite statement to this same effect.

The body language of Mercury retrograde contributes to this conversation today. What it’s saying is that even though we interpret Mercury metaphysically as being neutral (or we’re supposed to think of it that way), the form in which we see it pictured, even in the ancient records, is masculine. We call it ‘trickster’ energy. We’re supposed to see the male figure, flip some sort of switch in our heads and think of it as neutral. I’m not sure the effect is successfully achieved. And I’m not convinced the effect that IS achieved didn’t turn out exactly as subliminally intended. A virgin woman in battle gear might have been a better candidate to fill this position. What do you think? I’m just musing here.

Anyway, James Brown captures the essence of Mercury Rx’s message today in the words of one of his greatest hits, “This is a man’s world. But it doesn’t mean nothing without a woman or a girl.”
